Didn’t ask for topping preference which could have earn them a lawsuit from someone who actually has nut allergies. False advertisement. Stay away from this establishment.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
