It's been a long time since I've been to Arby's, and have missed it. I went last night and walked in for order and takeout. Service was great and the food was great. Thanks, and I will return soon.

Ordered 2 sliders and an order of curly fries.
The sliders were good but the fries were inedible burnt, hard, old and cold. Had not been there I a while, and won’t be back until I get the bad taste out of my mouth. Don’t understand why restaurants have to give out old food.

I was watching the 2026 MLB Home Run Derby and saw an Arby's ad for a Philly Cheesesteak that looked really good. So I came here the next day.
I was a little disappointed in a couple of ways; the order taking process...I wasn't asked about curly versus crinkle) so I initiated the question and said "curly fries". And the curly fries were mostly single, 1/4 moon, curls with only a couple of truly "curly" fries.
I also asked for the Philly Cheesesteak to be cut in half. It wasn't, but it didn't matter. The Philly Cheesesteak was excellent -- five stars and "I can't believe I ate the whole thing!"

I had a very disappointing experience at Arby’s. Most of the employees were rude and made us feel unwelcome from the moment we walked in. Their customer service was disrespectful, and they acted like they didn’t want us there at all.
One employee, Trent, was one of the few bright spots. He was respectful, friendly, and actually treated us like customers. He made the experience a little better, even though the overall atmosphere still made us feel uncomfortable.
I hope management takes customer service more seriously and makes sure every customer is treated with kindness and respect. Based on my experience, I won’t be returning to this location.

I had a very disappointing experience at Arby’s. The employees were extremely rude and made us feel unwelcome from the moment we walked in. Their customer service was disrespectful, and instead of treating us with kindness and professionalism, they acted like they didn’t want us there at all.
The way we were treated left us feeling singled out and uncomfortable. No customer should leave a restaurant feeling disrespected. I hope management takes customer complaints seriously and works on improving the staff’s attitude and making sure everyone is treated with respect.
I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend this location based on my experience. But the one good thing is there new guy named Trent he is kind and makes us feel welcome and he also is funny like he’s the one best worker there .🙂
