I stopped by for lunch to kill some time, and the entire team completely made my day. Every single staff member was in an amazing mood, joking with customers and spreading positive energy. As I sat inside, I noticed that every guest, whether walking through the front door or ordering via the drive-thru, received the exact same treatment, genuine respect, kindness, and a welcoming smile. It was a refreshing contrast to the typical fast-food experience. A special shout-out to the manager, JT (who was filling in for Lisa), and his co-worker, Cyriss, for creating such a great environment. I would return just for the fantastic service!

As we sit inside this location/restaurant eating ice cream on a slow Saturday evening around 8pm., watching approximately nine employees - all standing behind the counter all on their cell phones and eating their own ice cream and fast food, while customers wait at the counter to order and orders are being returned because they’re not correct. How many people does it take to run a Dairy Queen that hardly has any customers inside the Restaurant?? I’d hate to see what their payroll looks like here. A bunch of unnecessary kids behind the counter not doing anything. Whoever the manager is for this Dairy Queen, she/he needs to see what these kids do when nobody’s here supervising them. You may also want to check your inventory of the food that you sell and serve to the customers. For the most part, almost all of the tables are dirty. You can’t find a napkin in the place unless you go up to the counter and ask for them. What kind of fast food restaurant does not make napkins available to their customers, especially when they serve ice cream and dessert to families and their children??? The chairs are not pushed in and these kids are just standing around doing nothing and helping themselves to the food behind the counter. This place is a shambles and it’s a joke. For people that live in the area don’t waste your time coming here and make the drive to the Decatur Dairy Queen. Unfortunately, we’ve been coming here for more than 20 years, this place has gone downhill. The service in the cleanliness is very undesirable.

Adults usually provide better service than children but at this particular location the evening shift with kids working does a much better job. Lots of bad attitudes. Our burgers were cold, our fries were cold we asked for fresh fries and they brought us some refried fries and assured us that they were fresh when they were clearly not fresh they were extra crispy and had clearly been re-fried and had zero flavor whatsoever. I can eat just about any french fry. This is the worst meal I have ever had at a Dairy Queen. We were gong here every week until now. Not sure what happened, poor management I guess.

For starters had to give a star to make a comment. Not going to give any other stars as I know it would be wrong if I did. Went there for dinner and a sweet tooth with family. When placing the order on the speaker box the young man huffed his breath over the speaker cause I assume I wasn’t moving fast enough on ordering for him. Then we get to the window and have to wait for a burger tacos and a kids meal to be made so the same young man is standing by the back cooking area just eating a blizzard he took out the same freezer they have the customers dilly bars and ice cream sandwiches in and was eating on this blizzard (eating something and keeping it in same place with items customers purchase is crazy) Then my burger had onions and I asked for no onions and when I say I had maybe 4 small cut up pieces of lettuce and a tomato on my burger to where it looked empty was wild as it felt more of a bread burger than a hamburger. I tried calling 4xs and nobody would ever pick up the phone to even help with my concern. Just seems like this location is not how Dairy Queen was before
