  This place could really use friendlier employees assisting customers in the front. The girl with the locs/ braids seems to be annoyed everytime she has to help someone yall should probably move her somewhere else where she will actually be of use instead of being rude to customers walking in.

  Today’s experience (7/31/2026) was disappointing. I visited around 3:50 PM and tried to order three wing meals, requesting that all of the wings be cooked extra crispy. The young man at the counter was polite, but he seemed unsure whether that request could be accommodated. I explained that I visit this location multiple times a month and have always been able to order my wings extra crispy. Instead of coming to the counter to assist, the manager on duty (or who I assumed was the manager) remained in the back, speaking to me from a distance while on her watch. She stated that they “don’t do extra crispy anymore” and that the only option was to cook the wings for an extra five minutes. I asked when this policy changed because I had ordered extra crispy wings at this same location just last weekend. Her response was, “Uh, I don’t know… recently.” Rather than argue, I politely left without ordering. I’ve been a regular customer for quite some time, and this is the first negative experience I’ve had with the staff. My disappointment wasn’t necessarily with the policy itself—it was the lack of clear communication and the unprofessional way the situation was handled. I hope management addresses this so future customers receive better service.

  Kiandria was great and the entire store was great! They work together and communicate so great, my food came out delicous and i feel like thats the reason why

  The associates greeted you upon entry, they were all well mannered. I mean even the cooks in the back were greeting customers as they walked in. It sounded like a choir. They were attentive and very nice. Tanya and Yazmin were the ones helping me and they were great!! I love to see a store like this. It’s clean and the music is great for the atmosphere!! If I could give a 10 I certainly would!! Great Job Red Oak Wingstop

  The restaurant was very clean! My food also came out very fast and the cashier was so friendly and patient with me! I believe her name was Ki’andria.
