  Ordered through there app waited for the delivery to come only to get just drinks. Call the store and ask for manger there like the manager isn’t here but the team lead is lady says she’s the team lead. I explained to her what happened. She goes oh well your food is here they didn’t deliver. You can come get it. I said well can you remake it is gonna be cold and nasty by the time we get there. She goes yes get there show her the proof that our food wasn’t delivered. That the delivery person just brought drinks. I ask for refund she says I don’t know how to do that I have to call my manager. But let me get your food remade I said ok. After waiting for 35 mins finally get my food only for to be like oh well I need a receipt to refund you there was no receipt on the old order. I had to pull it up on my phone and show her. She says well I can’t refund you for the delivery fee or tip but I can refund the meal. So I wait for her to make the meal. Finally get it I’m like what about the refund. Cashier says she is in the back you will have to wait cause she’s behind on some orders. So we get the food drive home only for us to find that our burgers have burnt bread and are cold. The chicken strip meal we didn’t even receive. The drinks didn’t get remade so the drinks are at home watered down now. So I call the store back and let them know the chicken is missing and stuff she goes I’m sorry. I’m like we done drove up there just for our order to still not be right. The lady said well my manger won’t be in till tomorrow. But you can call the number on the receipt. Mind you I got a big order it was 73.00 worth of stuff that’s including the delivery fee and tip. I wouldn’t recommend this to no one. For the simple fact your food will be wrong they don’t wanna take accountability. The workers are just walking around on there phones. The shift leader didn’t seem to care just seemed like she rather not be there.
