- JJJennJun 14, 20262.0I love Chipotle but rarely visit this location. Actually went last week and ordered 2 bowls and a burrito. A nice lady made the first bowl and burrito with good portions. Then a young man takes over for the last bowl and he only gave small portions. I asked him to make my bowl match the other one made and give me a little more. HE FLAT OUT REFUSED! He stated I got a regular portion. The meat portion was just a dollop in the middle. I argued I did not get a proper portion and he still refused. So, I refused to buy! And I will not be coming back. Hope the lost business was worth the greediness of one employee! This is not the first time with this location.

Last few times I have been it has been squished into a mess where all the guacamole ends up on one end. I get the same amount of ingredients every time and it hasn’t been an issue before. Maybe they are starting out with too much rice or the tortillas need to be slightly bigger? I worked at a Chipotle for years so I know this can be improved, maybe more attention to training is the answer.
