- DHDr. Melanie HawkinsMay 7, 20261.0It’s Chipotle, so I don’t have high expectations but my visit tonight at about 8:50 pm was not good. The young lady at the beginning of the line just kind of looked at me. After telling her I wanted two chipotle chicken tacos, she scraped the very bottom of the pan which wasn’t enough chicken for one taco. At that point we were both just staring at one another. I then asked was there anymore chicken coming up? Blank stare. Ok. She seemed to be overwhelmed. She left my two tacos on the counter and went on to the next customer. The young man (working on the line too) told me some more chicken was coming up. After the chicken came up, I asked the young man to please make me two fresh tacos and he did willingly. The next issue, is the cleanliness of the line. The first young lady had rice going everywhere because of how she was throwing it in the bowl. It was very unappealing and unclean looking. Again, it’s Chipotle so I don’t expect a 5 star experience, but an effort to keep the line clean would be nice.

The first time she had an attitude because I asked her to remake my quesadilla because everything was soggy and falling out. This second time I she was making a kids quesadilla for my son put not even a 1/4 scoop of chicken in it then got an attitude when I said they always fill the 3 containers with rice since she initially only filled it with 2 rolled her eyes as she was doing it. I swear if my son didn’t love these quesadillas I would never go to this chipotle. Yall need to learn customer service. Especially when people are only asking you to do the job you are being paid to do.
