Going to this 7brew location on this nighttime on my way to work really pissed me the hell off. I ordered a medium brunette chiller, with raspberry syrup extra sweet, whipped cream and caramel drizzle on top. Instead I got a medium brunette coffee with ice cubes, no raspberry no whipped cream no caramel drizzle. I didn't have time to get it made over cause I had to get to work and didn't want to be late. So upsetting, they have messed up before but not to this extent. I will have to go to another 7brew, screw you red oak 7brew.

ReeSep 25, 20262.0My drinks were incorrect, I asked for oatmilk for my drink and it just taste like milk and ice, I asked for no whip on my husband’s drink but it was a mile high whip cream cloud on top, the young lady was nice enough stating that she would take it off, but once my husband tasted his drink he too was saying that it tasted like just milk and ice… I’m guessing that if you make any changes to the original recipe your drink is not going to be right😩😩😩. I ordered my daughter a Cookie Butter frozen chiller no changes, hers was the only drink that was right!!!! 🙄🙄 imagine that
