The young staff smiling and a special thank you to the young man in management Frank for addressing my concern and assisting me on an item I couldn't reach. - CHChristina HernandezJun 25, 20261.0Raymondville is known as the Gateway to the Valley, and H-E-B is the only grocery store in town. Unfortunately, this location does not offer many of the conveniences and products available at other H-E-B stores. While completing a Favor delivery on Tuesday evening, June 23, 2026, I needed to weigh produce items but discovered there was no electronic scale available in the produce department. Thankfully, staff member Veronica Martinez went above and beyond to assist me. She provided excellent customer service, and I truly appreciate her willingness to help. I do not understand why this H-E-B seems to be one of the last stores to receive updates and improvements. Another issue I encountered involved locating Smucker’s Uncrustables. The H-E-B app indicated they were located in Aisle 15, but after searching several times, I could not find them. I asked a checkout manager for assistance, and he informed me that several items had recently been moved. He personally escorted me to Aisle 16, where the product was actually located. The store information in the app should be updated immediately whenever products are relocated. Accurate aisle information is especially important for delivery drivers, as it helps us shop efficiently and deliver orders within the promised time frame. I would like to recognize Veronica Martinez and the checkout manager for their outstanding customer service. Their assistance made a frustrating situation much easier to resolve.
