  Great place! Great service! And Great Food! This is some authentic Lebanese food in many aspects, coming from Lebanon couldn’t imagine having such a place over here in the valley. Louay the owner was great and he introduced himself and was very generous offering lot of variety of free food to try from.

  We came to Blue Eye Bistro because it was close to the next venue we were going to. We had such a great time we never made it to the next place. Firstly, the drinks were top notch. They don't have a drink menu, but were able to make anything our hearts desired. Their bar is very complete and the bartender well-versed in mixology. In our party of 7 nobody got a drink they didn't like. The star of the show is of course the food. Everything was fresh with quality ingredients and in good portion. If your sandwich has tomato, you get a large, thick slice of tomato - not a paper thin inference of tomato. Every dish was like that. All the flavors were rich and satisfying, the food was filling but not heavy. We also got to meet Blue Eye, the owner, and "most charming man in Lebanon" which is not a far stretch from the truth. He came to check on us and make sure everything was to our satisfaction, he helped his servers, and he even took time to personally wish another patron a happy birthday complete with song. On Fridays there is live music and if everyone is as talented as the musician last night then you're in for a treat. Our group was only able to tackle about a third of the menu but we are resolved to return and try another third soon. Strong Recommend.

  We tried 5 of the appetizers and all were amazing. The bruschetta was full of flavor and the ranchero hummus had a great kick to it. Main plate was the lamb and it was very tender. Great place to go and catch up with friends, lovely, friendly environment! Also, drinks were delicious too!

  We recently visited Blue Eye Bistro with my friends and family and had a fabulous time. The food and the hospitality were top notch and would definitely visit it again. Shoutout to the owner of the place Mr. Louay Charara for the warm welcome, he made us feel at home. You have a beautiful heart Sir! Would definitely recommend this place!

  I recently visited Blue Eye Bistro in Omito, Texas, and it turned out to be a fantastic dining experience. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it a great spot whether you’re grabbing a casual meal or enjoying a relaxed evening out. The service really stood out—friendly, attentive, and quick without ever feeling rushed. The staff made sure everything was just right and were happy to offer recommendations. The food was the highlight. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The dishes were well-presented, and the portions were satisfying. You can tell they put effort into both taste and quality. Overall, Blue Eye Bistro is a hidden gem in Omito. If you’re in the area and looking for a place with great food, good service, and a comfortable vibe, this is definitely worth checking out. I’ll definitely be coming back!
