- WFWhitney FreemanJun 25, 20261.0We placed an online order today and the first issue was the code for the 5 free boneless wings was not working. i ordered 30 classic wings, 5 boneless wings, a large fry, large veggie sticks and a large ranch. when i got home we realized they had left out the ranch and the large fries. i will mention at this point there were NO customers in the store at this time and all the employees were standing around. i told the girl who gave me my order that the free boneless wings code was not work and she said “yes we have had a lot of complaints about it. we can’t do anything so you may want to contact corporate.”. when we got home and realized the missing items i called and asked for a refund and the person who answered the phone said they could do that. i them to please so the refund now so i could get a confirmation code and was told the manager would “do it later”. i asked for it to be done now and was told she was busy. i said i was just in the store and there were no customers and i would hold for the manager. i was then told “well she probably won’t do it today”. i asked to speak to the manager and was put on hold. i have currently been on hold for 30 minutes with no resolution to my request. i will NEVER go to this location ever again.

My order was given to me incorrectly 3 times and when I discussed it with the employee the final time she went through my bag without gloves on and spilled my food everywhere. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. They were extremely rude as well.

And they don't have the drinks they have posted in their menu. So much for Coca-Cola Freestyle. This restaurant also uses AI to respond to reviewers despite clearly having all the information they need about the order and the customer to properly reach out. I'll keep editing this review to see how many days it takes them to notice. Iteration #5
