- SHStephen Hagans5 days ago1.0I really want to like HEB BBQ but multiple locations are just not good. Service, food, everything. I just ordered a simple order and they had me sitting for nearly 30 min in the drive through. 20 of which just to tell me my original item was out and I needed to replace it. Then I said swap in something of equal value, that too was a difficult task apparently. Then when it was all said and done I got home and the sandwich was wrong. WTH man. I’m done.

They constantly mess up large orders forgetting items. If you go in and order it’s fine, but it’s so inconsistent. It’s annoying and they need to step it up.
