  I tried one of their big dogs and really enjoyed it! The hot dog was cooked perfectly, the toppings were fresh, and there was a good portion. It was super filling and had a lot of flavor. Definitely something I’d order again next time!

  The best smash burger I’ve had! The burger was juicy and flavorful. The fries were hot, crispy, and seasoned really well. Everything tasted fresh and the portions were great. Definitely worth trying if you’re in the area. I’ll be coming back!

  Nearly 50 dollars for 2 meals and for what honestly the food was ok nothing amazing. You could get better food at steak and shake or Whataburger for considerably less. The fry’s just tasted like oil…no flavor at all. The burgers were ok but extremely soggy. I used to love smash burger, but the current prices for what you get is not worth it

  Had a really disappointing experience at Smashburger. The cleanliness of the location was a major concern. While I was there, I noticed cockroaches in the restaurant, including one in the lobby and another in the bathroom. The bathrooms were also visibly dirty and not well maintained. I was especially disappointed with the overall condition of the restaurant and the lack of attention to cleanliness. The experience was made worse by the way the location was being managed under the owner/manager, Tejas. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the sanitation issues, because seeing cockroaches in areas where customers are eating and using the facilities is unacceptable.

  Rachita provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time! She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, patient, and thorough, making sure our order was exactly right. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers, and that kind of service makes a huge difference. I also want to say—don’t always base your decision on other people’s reviews. We decided to give Smashburger a chance, and after our first visit, we came back again because it was that good. The food was fresh, hot, flavorful, and absolutely delicious both times. Everything tasted like it was made to order. A big thank you to Rachita for making our experience even better with her positive attitude and outstanding customer service. She definitely deserves five stars, and we’ll absolutely be back!
