  Today I ordered a veggie thin crust pizza from this location and went for pickup. Unfortunately, the pickup experience was disappointing. When I asked for red pepper flakes, I was told they were chargeable, so I paid for two. The staff member was very rude in his behavior — instead of handing them to me, he threw them on top of the pizza box. He also did not provide garlic sauce. I’m not concerned about the sauce itself, but customer service really matters. A little politeness and basic courtesy can make a big difference. Because of the rude behavior, I would not recommend this location.

  The food that was delivered by Doordash was luke warm as it looked like the driver had 2 or 3 stops ahead of me as I was following the driver thru that Doordash app that I thought was being delivered from the Papa John's store not thru a 3rd party. Site online from my laptop was bad when I logged out and then tried to log back in I got an error message. I can not recommend this store as like they say 1st impressions makes a difference and I was not impressed with the temp of the food and the taste was not up to my standards.

  I placed an order online but when I got to the store somehow my order was not communicated. The gentlemen I spoke with, Chris, tried everything to find my order but the order never came through. I know these things happen but somehow my card was charged. When I showed him my transaction from my mobile banking app he quickly took action and told me he could have my order competed in 6 minutes. That's a quick ETA, so I sat in the parking lot and waited 10 minutes and when I walked back in he had my order in his hand ready for me to receive it. I was pretty amazed, especially since it was tasted just as good as every other pizza I've had from Papa John's. Chris was super nice and prompt to take care of me, very courteous and polite ... which is something to be said these days. I will be back! Thanks again Chris!
