  I ordered online and pickup was quick and easy. When I arrived, my food was ready, boxed up, and good to go. Brought it home and everything tasted great—no issues at all. Simple, smooth experience and no complaints. Would order again.

  Ordered delivery, a sausage and banana pepper pizza, instead they delivered a chicken and onion with bbq sauce pizza. I tried to get a refund and they ignored me. This isn't the first time they've messed up an order. Order Domino's and save yourself a headache and a random pizza.

  Today I ordered a veggie thin crust pizza from this location and went for pickup. Unfortunately, the pickup experience was disappointing. When I asked for red pepper flakes, I was told they were chargeable, so I paid for two. The staff member was very rude in his behavior — instead of handing them to me, he threw them on top of the pizza box. He also did not provide garlic sauce. I’m not concerned about the sauce itself, but customer service really matters. A little politeness and basic courtesy can make a big difference. Because of the rude behavior, I would not recommend this location.

  The food that was delivered by Doordash was luke warm as it looked like the driver had 2 or 3 stops ahead of me as I was following the driver thru that Doordash app that I thought was being delivered from the Papa John's store not thru a 3rd party. Site online from my laptop was bad when I logged out and then tried to log back in I got an error message. I can not recommend this store as like they say 1st impressions makes a difference and I was not impressed with the temp of the food and the taste was not up to my standards.
