The salmon, chicken, and steaks all tasted like straight pepper, and my daughter’s order was messed up three different times. The manager didn’t seem to care much. Ellie handled herself better than management did.

The mashed was salty to the point where it was not editable. Traded it for fries and they never came finally when asked about it, it was no longer needed. Chop steak tasted like pepper. Max and cheese tasted like pepper. The skewers we nasty. Supposed to be medium rare but was severely overcooked. The rice pilaf was mushy! Needless to say I think we will stick to the Frisco location. The waiter was ok but it was busy and he didn’t have help!

- EWEmily WhiteApr 18, 20261.0We went to lunch today and were incredibly disappointed with the quality of food and service. I ordered a ribeye and it tasted exactly like my husband’s sirloin. It was incredibly tough and over cooked. We waited for ages for our waiter to request a togo box and refill on our drinks an he never returned. He was just relying on their little iPad thing to finish out our service. I worked at Outback back in the day and the focus was on quality and service. I hate to see how things have changed!
