I waited 20 minutes on the drive-through only to get my order wrong. I let the employee know of his mistake and he still remade it wrong
With an attitude. Like it’s not that hard to read the ticket, This is the worse location I’ve ever been to.

I don’t have high expectations for McDonald’s But for eight dollars I do expect a warm sandwich and someone to speak English. First order through the drive-through came out wrong, no cheese and no egg on the sausage, egg and cheese biscuit, the hashbrowns were cold and the replacement meal was not a lot better.
Possibly the last time I’ll eat at McDonald’s at any location

Went through the drive thru tonight and ordered the following:
Bacon & Cheese quarter pounder
Deluxe Quarter pounder
10 piece nugget
1 McDouble
3 small fries
1 medium fry
We checked our bag and we were missing a medium and one of the small fries. We politely told the young lady at the window. She passed it off to a young man and he brought back the medium. We reminded him that we need our small as well. The manager comes up and snatched the bag from my wife and takes the bag out of sight. Comes back and accuses us of hiding fries. My wife told him that we don’t appreciate being accused of stealing. We noticed our burger paper was tampered with and the sandwiches were opened. We took it inside and asked for a refund and the manager had taken our receipt and threw it aways. I told him I wanted a refund because you accused me of stealing two dollar fries. He was reluctant to give me the refund we paid for, so I showed him my back account and how much I wanted back. With customer service, you don’t accuse your customer of stealing a small fry. Even if that was the case, you let that go and keep your self control. That is super unprofessional sir! We have been having a lot of issues at this location with food missing, but this was the tip of the iceberg.

Ordered a McDouble that's it waited 10-15 minutes after about 5 minutes I watched one of the workers with half black half red dreads pick up my completed order set it back down and then proceeded to just leave it there until somebody pointed out I was waiting up front
And just a few weeks ago y'all messed up my order and I had an allergic reaction
This is ridiculous

I have tried driving through this location twice now early in the morning before work. Both times, there was no answer at the drive-thru and I have also witnessed one other patron pulling away from the order menu in frustration. Today was my last try at this location. Good luck 👍
