  Just like previous reviews , sandwiches are still lacking a reasonable amount of meat for a $10+ sandwich. JJ owner responded to previous reviews saying it was unacceptable but doesn’t seem like any improvements were made.

  I will never go back to this location. Music was so loud even my AirPod Pros couldn’t stop it from being insanely loud. Sandwich was flat like they skimped on the meat or something. Employee cut right in front of me while I was headed to the bathroom and he didn’t even say excuse me or act like I was there at all.

  The guy making sandwiches should not be customer facing. I asked him to toast #6 and response was we don’t. I have always gotten it toasted at other JJ’s and when I insisted, he just bluntly said we don’t do that. When asked for how long it would tale, he is like I don’t know I got so many sandwiches ahead of you… learn to understand that customer service should be a top priority! Utterly disappointed

  Tastes good but not worth the cost. It’s basically a veggie sandwich with 2-3 slices of turkey. I don’t know if this is all JJs but either way it’s disappointing.
