I’m already a huge Jimmy John’s fan, but the experience I had at this location today was truly top tier! Being pregnant, I’ve been avoiding deli meat, so when I pulled up to the drive-thru, I warned the gentleman taking my order that it might be a little complicated as I was trying to recreate my favorite sandwich without the meat. From the very beginning, he was incredibly friendly and immediately started joking with me about how he was ready for my complicated order! When I mentioned that I was pregnant and couldn’t have deli meat, he didn’t hesitate to offer a solution. He suggested that he could heat the meat so I could still enjoy my favorite sandwich the way I normally order it to be pregnancy safe. He genuinely wanted to make sure I got exactly what I was craving! I wish I had gotten his name because THAT is what exceptional hospitality looks like! Going above and beyond, finding solutions, and showing genuine kindness in such a simple interaction can truly make someone’s day. It certainly made mine! It’s the little things that leave the biggest impressions, and I can’t wait to come back!!
