  I love the convenience of using the HteaO app to order my saved favorites with the previous modifications & preferences. It makes getting my Beverage fix quick & easy. The 1/2 sweet Wedding Cake from the "secret menu" is my go to!

  Delicious, refreshing, my new favorite treat spot! Ordering ahead on the app makes it a quick on the go experience. The sweet almond green tea is so good!

  Went through the drive thru yesterday to order a gallon of tea for the weekend, drove all the way home and noticed that the gallon I purchased expires the same day I bought it for the second time we've purchased here since they opened. I called the store yesterday and spoke to a woman who apologized over and over saying it never should've been given to me, it was supposed to have been pulled from the shelf, or that I shouldn't have been charged for it. I asked for a refund or a credit to be applied to my rewards account, and she kept saying I should get a credit because it shouldn't have been given to me but the issue apparently couldn't be resolved without speaking to a manager. I gave her my details and asked for the manager to call me, was assured the manager would contact me to ensure this was made right, yet I have not received a call. She also tried to tell me that the "chug by" date is misleading because it's still good for 3-4 days past that date, but we come here for tea several times a week and this gallon definitely does not taste as fresh. Not sure how any customer is supposed to know that the expiration date on their products isn't actually accurate. Please contact me so we can resolve this. Update: I have called back three times asking to speak to Kevin on three different days and left a message with the staff each time but the manager does not seem to be interested in talking 🤷‍♀️
