I went to buy a cheesecake. When I got there, the person who was doing the cleaning came to serve the cake. I first asked if there was someone else available to take my order. She immediately put the cleaning stick aside and started handling the cake with the same gloves she had been using while cleaning. I was shocked to see that. On top of that, some berries fell off the cake onto the counter, and she picked them up and placed them back on the cake before serving it to me. At that point, I refused to take the cake because of the hygiene concerns. Please maintain some Hygiene 🙏

Holy guacamole! I love HEB and when I found out about the one they were building 5 minutes from my house, I was ecstatic. The food is TOP TIER and don’t even get me started on the HEB tortillas 😋(if you haven’t tried them yet, I highly recommend going just for the tortillas). Another thing is the acute customer service. For example, Adrian Flores, a respected employee of HEB, absolutely went completely out of his way to assist me in search of some coconut water that I couldn’t find for the life of me. That same day, I even saw him help not one, but two pregnant ladies with their groceries! He’s as good as they get! This HEB is always so clean and has a great atmosphere. Everyone is so helpful and kind, especially Adrian Flores. Huge shoutout to him! It’s people like Adrian that keep people coming back to this HEB! I highly recommend going out of your way for this specific HEB!

I typically have a positive experience at this location, which is why I was disappointed by the customer service I received during my visit this evening. The cashier, Tony B., was unfriendly and unprofessional throughout the checkout process. He did not greet us, acknowledge us, or communicate with us at any point during the transaction. As I was leaving, I thanked him, and in response, he rolled his eyes and handed me my receipt without saying a word. I understand that everyone can have difficult days, but customer-facing employees should still maintain a basic level of courtesy and professionalism. This interaction left a negative impression and did not reflect the level of service I have come to expect from this location. If this type of experience continues, I may choose to return to the Aubrey location, where I have consistently found the staff to be more welcoming and customer-focused.

I usually come to this HEB and have great experience but today I had the worst experience. The person bagging my items was filling the bags beyond full. One of the bags had ripped on the bottom. I requested to place my items separate because the yogurt purchased comes in a glass jar. The bagger name SAM said I will just give you another bag and you can rebag it. He packed my chicken with other items I would never had it with. Bagged my chips at the bottom of heavier items and packed my bags beyond full. Finally my wife just took over on grabbing our items. Awful service by that bagger bad attitude.

I’m so disappointed. I go to buy fruit and all of it is disgusting either molded or on the verge of it. I sat there in disbelief when trying to find fresh strawberries so many had MOLD on them. This is what y'all are selling to customers? Even Walmart never gets that bad with it. It seems like employees aren’t doing their jobs correctly🤷‍♀️ Saw this lady who worked there picking out the expired produce and completely walked past the ones with mold on it. It’s upsetting and disgusting do better.
