After we finished shopping we went to check out and got in line. After being in that line for like 30 seconds (and already putting items on the conveyor belt) the cashier says we cut someone off and has us GET OUT of line and have her come in line, even though she was in a different line already. We literally did not see her at all, definitely don’t think we cut her off. Really weird to have me put items back in my cart and get out of line. Even the lady looked confused.

Compared to their location in Allen , this feels just not like HEB. It might have something to do with the staff, the size,.. I don’t know. I just hope they do something about it

Well done of course like the one's in Plano, Frisco and McKinney and elsewhere. Interior layout is the same among the stores. Backstory on shopping carts. If you get one and the wheels lock up Google says; "H-E-B shopping cart wheels lock up due to electronic anti-theft containment systems designed to prevent loss of merchandise and unauthorized cart removal. If a cart locks up accidentally while you are paying or loading groceries, an H-E-B associate can clear the wheel immediately using a handheld wireless reset remote. Nice touch to have a windmill going along road with signage.
