I was disappointment, that they don’t have freshly shredded mozzarella cheese, which is kind of strange sine they have few types of shredded Parmesan. I normally get my freshly shredded cheeses from central market but since I moved from Plano to prosper central market is no longer close.

During a busy shopping trip, an associate prevented me from using self-checkout and directed me to a regular lane. After scanning my items, the cashier refused to help me bag them, telling me I had to do it myself. I was struggling because I had my one-month-old baby with me, and her lack of assistance was very upsetting. This poor level of customer service makes me not want to return to this location

Sheldon the store manager was so dismissive and rude as well when I explained how you cannot consume the intestinal casing he said what would you like me to do about it... I drove all the way back and the amazing service manager you have need to be promoted ASAP she was there tonight and she was phenomenal... I left with a refund and more relaxed. I don't think I will ever shop here again.
