  We had such a wonderful experience at Gloria’s thanks to our server Vincent and hostess Nora. From the moment we walked in, Nora completely set the tone for the evening. She was warm, welcoming, organized, and handled a busy atmosphere with such grace and professionalism. She made us feel genuinely happy to be there instead of just another table walking through the door, and that kind of hospitality is rare. Vincent gave us some of the best service we’ve had in a long time. He was attentive, friendly, upbeat, and made our whole table feel taken care of without ever seeming rushed. He checked on us at just the right times, kept everything flowing smoothly, and made the experience feel relaxed and fun. The food was fantastic, but the hospitality truly stood out tonight. Great service changes the entire atmosphere of a restaurant, and Nora and Vincent absolutely made our evening special. Gloria’s is lucky to have them!

  I needed to make a reservation for a weekend event at this very popular place, so I decided to take a chance and see if we could have brunch here. The manager, Mariela Rodrigues, was incredibly kind—she accommodated my group and made everything easy for us. I already know we’re going to have a great time! It gives me real peace of mind to know that this restaurant has people like her who truly understand customers’ needs and genuinely want you to be happy. Highly recommend the food, the service, and the margaritas! — Necesitaba hacer una reserva para un evento de fin de semana en este lugar tan popular, así que decidí arriesgarme para ver si podíamos tener un brunch aquí. La manager, Mariela Rodrigues, fue increíblemente amable: nos hizo espacio para el grupo y facilitó todo. ¡Sé que la vamos a pasar muy bien! La verdad, me da mucha tranquilidad saber que el restaurante cuenta con personas así, que entienden las necesidades del cliente y siempre buscan que uno esté feliz. ¡Súper recomendado la comida, el servicio y los margaritas

  This glorious is extremely well maintained, and the service was very good. They are slightly slower than other glories, but the food was still just as good

  My Sister and I went to Gloria‘s for the first time in Prosper. The food was amazing. Everything was delicious. The drinks were just as good. We had Elmer for our server who was great. We also met the manager Melvin, who was very kind . We will definitely be coming back. Keep up the great work.💕
