The guy who took our order was very friendly and welcoming, and the girl at the window making our drinks was also kind. They also had really good sugar-free options, which was a nice bonus. Everyone we interacted with had a positive attitude, and they made the whole experience enjoyable.

They were working hard, keeping things moving, and still had smiles on their faces the entire time. What made it even better was hearing them sing Disney songs while they worked. Their positive energy was contagious and made the experience so much fun. Our drinks were fantastic, and it was refreshing to see two teenagers take so much pride in their work.
- BSBrittany SalinasJun 2, 20262.0If you’re going to implement the “zig-zag” you also need to train your staff to #1 do it correctly so that people that have been there and have been waiting for 10 minutes don’t have to continue to wait because you take another sides order when I was NEXT in the so called “zig-zag”. Dutch brothers lines are always a hot mess it’s never in any sort of order or rhyme or reason. Any Dutch I’ve ever been to it’s usually a 10+ minute wait regardless if you placed an app order 20 minutes prior because they can’t ever seem to figure out how to work their line. Take some cues from chick fil a and work the line fairly and tell your guests which car to follow to avoid people skipping in line or trying to start fights over who’s next. I had a lady try to hop out of her car and “fight me” bc I was next and checked in with the employee but she wanted to skip the line which put several people behind. It’s absolutely ridiculous at this point. With Starbucks and Swig thankfully we have other options. Do better Dutch bros. Train your people and figure out your freaking line.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
