  I would love to mention that I see a bright and shining light everytime I see Kaylin, always smiling during a busy time and I would love to mention she acknowledges all customers , and brings a very warming feeling within the store, this store has alot that needs to be fixed , I see that the new employees are doing great , this store needs to weed out the bad fruits, My name is Brinsley Donoblonger and again thank you Kaylin for your beautiful nature and warming welcoming feeling you bring to the store !!

  Ive been coming to this location longer than any other and for the past 2 or 3 years its steadily been going downhill. Today was possibly the worst experience I've had here. The staff is nice, to your face anyways, but they spend more time avoiding responsibility and accountability than its worth. The manager was constantly yelling orders, not angrily, to where customers could hear all of the shortcomings of the entire staff. It wasn't a good look because there were a lot of shortcomings. My wings were supposed to have a dry seasoning but they were dripping with the fryer grease and when I asked about it they said they would re-make them the right way, but all they did was add more seasoning to already heavily seasoned wings in an attempt to "soak up the grease." Im sure its not always like this but I could be wrong. Come here if you want to. Just remember, you were warned.

  I’ll start by saying I’ve loved wingstop for a long time. I feel like they’ve gone downhill drastically for the last few years(maybe since the changed the fries). Anyone saying call in orders are prompt and easy must be lying because I’ve tried calling in orders on a few occasions to this wingstop and the line doesn’t go through due to no voicemail or something. Last night I walked in after trying to call multiple times to put in a take out order. They were busy as wingstop usually is in the evening. Put my order in and began the wait. I watched multiple people get orders and need revisions as I waited and waited and waited. Finally I asked politely if they knew the status of my order, at this point I had been waiting 30 minutes and have seen people who came in after me get orders. It was not even put in so they jumped on my order and made it as fast as possible. In part I wish they would’ve just put me in the queue because although my order was mostly correct(missing ranches) I got home to realize they tried to nuke my food to get it out quickly. Tenders were still ice cold beyond the slightly warm breading. The wings felt undercooked. And the whole $26 meal was barely edible. Had to throw everything in the oven at home to get it to a decent temperature. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I’ve had nothing but sub par experiences at this wingstop and lately at wingstop in general. Was just going to let it slide and just stop eating there but woke up feeling sick to my stomach. Thanks for the brownie though…

  Never any acknowledgment after entry to building. Order placed well in advance to be ready 25 min late. For 15 min shows status of “bagging up” while all these other orders are leaving. Zero apologies for delay and zero care about the customer. Worst experience ever. Do yourself a favor, it’s faster, fresher, and a better experience to drive to McKinney or Allen and back.

  I placed my order online at 8:38 PM, and it’s now 9:43 PM and my order still isn’t ready. The orders are completely messed up here, and other customers are upset too. The system and customer service are terrible. It took over an hour and 10 minutes for a simple online order of just one chicken sandwich combo. Very disappointed with the service.
