  They NEVER answer the phone. What if someones trying to place a order??? I was parked right infront of them calling and they just dont care minding their own business . They get paid for it so do your job!!! Last time i went i was ordering and i just hear the phone super loud and they just dont care.

  I'm already going to tell you that this is the best Wingstop in Texas. I know that from being served their delicious food on a pretty regular basis. The only problem with this store for a long time was that it was chaotic. Lo and behold to my surprise I come in tonight and find out they have a new manager. It's like if you took a basketball team that was already great and then gave them Michael Jordan to top it off. He was immediately welcoming. And not the type of manager that just sits back and Barks orders at people. NO! He was at the register, putting in the work, just like the rest of his staff. He had a big smile on his face, was social and very welcoming. I mean it didn't hurt that he was pretty handsome as well. The location was clean organized and well run. The food is hot and smells so good and I cannot wait to dive into it when I get home. But I had to stop and say something about the service before I even got to take a bite because it is so rare to find managers that care like this these days and workers who works so hard for them and look happy when they do. I was always told that you can tell when there's a really strong leader in a team because when you look at the team you can't even pick out who the leader is because they lift everyone up. That is exactly the type of management that they brought in. Thanks for the great service today, Ryan . It made my night.

  8:00 pm at night they stopped answering the phone for orders. Sad but true when I came in they admitted it when I placed my order in person that it would be like an hour wait. Again, sad but true what are they doing here? The one in McKinney is busier than them and they handle the orders within a timely manner. I would be pissed if I was the owner knowing that I lost a shit ton of business Due to them not answering the phone and turning down customers at the door stating that it was an hour wait. Somebody’s gonna get a handle on the store.😡😡😡😡

  Super unorganized… fries are not fresh nor the wings. Employees seemed agitated and cussing because customers were asking for drinks they ran out of. They had over 7 employees but yet no one was running by the register… I had placed a order pickup and my ranch was missing had to come back in and wait 15 more minutes just for a ranch. Very unorganized and unprofessional

  Slowest Wingstop ever!! Any time we order from this Location it always takes up to an hour almost an hour and a half to get our food. For instance, today we ordered at 7:07 PM. We were told the food would be done by 7:28 PM. It is now 8:33 PM and my husband is just now getting our food. This happened the last time we ordered food on a Friday you would think that they would be able to have a better system put in place since they know they’re the only Wingstop in Princeton and they get busy on the weekends.
