    I went in not knowing what to order and Andy helped me figure out what smoothie to get! She understood what fruits I liked and which were most popular as well as one that she liked personally. She picked out the perfect smoothie for me, definitely will go again.

    By far my favorite place for a pick me up, Xaria ALWAYS steers me in the right direction!! I came in just today looking for something new and refreshing, yet didn’t knowing what I was feeling for since I usually have my go to’s. She gave me the best suggestion to try and I ended up enjoying it so much. Very glad to have something new in rotation & will definitely be back here!

    Just went through the drive thru and have to say I appreciate the customer service… all the employees were sweet and patient. Especially Zaria. She was very kind and welcoming. My smoothie was great but will mostly be returning for the customer service

    I visited this location yesterday at around 8:10 PM to order a promotional special. According to the posted hours on the door, the store closes at 9:00 PM, but the doors were already locked. Another customer, who mentioned he worked at Pizza Hut, was also waiting outside and trying to enter. For about five minutes, no employee acknowledged us. Eventually, an employee came to the door, simply said the store was closed, and walked away before I could ask why they had closed early despite the posted closing time. There was no explanation or notice indicating an early closure. Because the store appeared to be closing before its advertised hours, I began taking a few photos to document the situation. At that point, another employee came close to door and questioned why I was taking pictures. He then told me to "take a picture of me too," while making hand gestures and engaging in what I felt was rude, confrontational, and provocative behavior. Instead of addressing my simple question about the early closure, the interaction became unnecessarily unprofessional. I also noticed several other customers outside who seemed surprised and frustrated by both the early closure and the employees' behavior. This experience was extremely disappointing, especially during a customer appreciation promotion. If a business advertises special offers, it should honor its posted operating hours or clearly communicate any changes. More importantly, employees should treat customers with professionalism and respect. I hope the owner and corporate management take this feedback seriously and provide additional training to the staff. Experiences like this not only affect this location but can also reflect poorly on the Tropical Smoothie Cafe brand. Unfortunately, after this experience, I do not plan to return to this store.

    This was my first time trying this location and it was a disappointment. I specifically went for the $1 rolls and $2 smoothies that day. I went through the drive thru and waited forever to be helped through the speaker. It took 5 minutes for someone to take my order. Keep in mind it wasn’t that busy. Only one car in front of me in drive thru. After that I pulled up to the window and exact thing happened again. No one opened up the window to acknowledge me until another 5 minutes passed. No greeting, just told me price and took my card. Then I was asked if I wanted a receipt and then my food was handed to me by someone else, window closed. Rude. After this interaction I don’t see myself visiting this particular locations again. Having friendlier and an apologetic staff member at the window would have made a difference.
