  Every. Single. Item. Was. Wrong. Don’t order at this location online or in person. Not only was every item wrong from our mobile order but EVERYTHING was ice cold.

  Theres a young Latin girl with glasses and lots of pins on her hat that has a very nasty attitude with customers and employees. Everyone else is very nice but if she is managing them, I really don't think anyone will stay long. Even saw her answer the phone with a viperous and sharp tone.

  Only giving a one star because at least I got all of my food and drinks, but to walk into any kind of place that is supposed to give you some type of service you would think the employees anyone would say hello you know if you’re standing at the counter or even acknowledge you, they just stare you up and down. Don’t even talk to you. My food sat there ready for 20 minutes and they just stared at me like I was just waiting for someone to talk to me because everyone was doing their job I was just trying to be patient but if the app is telling me that my order has been ready for 20 minutes and you see a customer standing in your store and you’re neglecting to ask them what they need that’s a little ridiculous. I work in the food industry. I am a server if I did something like that at my place of work I would’ve been fired on the spot honestly fast food restaurants need to do better. Updated: spent over $40 to feed the family and barely got any meat on anything you mean to tell me I paid $10 for this meal alone and receive barely any meat.???

  I placed 12 cravings box orders to be picked up later and when I arrived for pickup the employee said that they made it at the time the order was placed, which was around 11 even though the confirmation was placed for 3:15. I am usually so patient with this kind of stuff but not with how they made me feel. They did not apologize but almost made it seem like it was my fault. The employee announced “she’s hereeeeeee” to everyone. It is 3:45 while I type this and still have not received my order that they complained about having to remake. They claimed their system did not say the time it needed to be ready unless they go physically check it. So then why wasn’t it ready at 3:15 pm pickup? I hope when I take it to my students the order is correct… I ended up speaking to the manager and she was very apologetic and kind. She was in multiple interviews during this time so that is why she could not assist the back of house. However I did feel like some of the workers felt it was my fault that they made the large order earlier when it was not.
