  This place could easily be a 10/10. where on earth on the receipt it says TUNA? it’s TURKEY. LOL lucky i like tuna and actually pretty darn good but i was expecting TURKEY no hate or anything but workers just double check i did witness but did not want to cause problems bc i stated i didn’t mind the Tuna but it in reality should’ve been turkey. that was a perfect 720 Calories vs a tuna ++++

  I went to pick up my mobile order and first went through the drive-thru. I gave them my name, and they told me they do not hand out mobile orders through the window, even though I’ve received mobile orders that way before. I said okay and went inside. When I reached for my order, an employee grabbed the bag out of my hand and said they needed to remove the receipt copy. I understand needing the receipt, but there was no reason to snatch it from my hand or place it out of my reach. I asked them to get the receipt and give me my order, but instead I was met with more rude behavior and yelling. Another employee then turned away from me while talking and appeared to mock me in front of the other workers. The night staff was very rude and unprofessional. I will not return during the night shift. However, I will say the morning and afternoon staff have always been professional and do a good job.

  This crew is the best. They are excellent!!! every day I come back to get a sub and salad because there's no other sub shop in this town that can fix a sandwich and definitely a salad like they can. No one can beat them. They are very friendly. Great customer service skills.

  Placed two online orders asked for oil and vinegar on the side since we didn’t want the sandwiches to be soggy when they got home. Jennifer the employee told me they were not allowed to do that. She then said we can give you any other sauce on the side but not oil and vinegar it’s company policy. Since when? Other subways even have the little packets of oil and vinegar to go. I said I wanted a refund if I couldn’t get it because I didn’t want a soggy sandwich and I don’t like it without it. Jennifer then said she was not allowed to give any refunds that the owners don’t allow refunds. What the heck? Everyone there is now new no one knows what is going on and the customer service is absolutely awful. If this is how they are running this place Looks like I will just drive to the McKinney subway from now on. Obviously the cheapskate owners are ruining the place.

  The three ladies who work in the afternoon on Friday 04/17/26 were really nice and attentive with my order! They greeted me nicely when I walked into the store and made my order quick and smooth. They even have a station set up where one of them makes the sandwich, the other one puts your veggies and the last one rings you up! An amazing sandwich with excellent service!! I recommend this location!
