  Had an order placed and scheduled for 9:30 pm, just to show up and wait an extra 30 minutes for my order and kept getting told just two more minutes. Pizza tasted like it had been sitting for awhile and was cold.

  Don’t order here I have gotten the wrong order and the store will refuse to pick up to fix the issue. My delivery took over an hour and 40 minutes to deliver when the estimated time was 35 minutes. Piss poor customer service.

  This has to be the worst location I've ever been to. I'm glad I didn't pay online because I was able to walk out without having to further interact with the employees. There were about 7 people standing in the small lobby waiting on their online orders and complaining about the time it was taking. One of the employees didn't know how to do anything, another employee was in the back hiding. There was one employee that was doing everything and getting overwhelmed. The part that made people walk out was the fly that landed on the unattended pizza. This location needs to be shut down immediately.

  Today I placed an order online for delivery. They charged a $5 fee, with a 30minutes window for delivery (I live 5min away from location). Once confirmed, they notified it would be delivered through DoorDash. I have a DoorDash account, with $0 delivery so that was a disappointment I could have not only ordered through DoorDash, but my concern would have actually been resolved through their help desk. After 45minutes, I contacted the phone line only to be connected to the “call center”, I voiced my concern with the wait time, only to be routed to the locations phone line with no answer. This happened 4 times … 30 extra minutes later. Still, no answer. No delivery. Finally got the delivery, and the pizza is undercooked and COLD. Beyond frustrated. It shouldn’t take 1hr 15min to make an undercooked pizza. I should be able to get in contact with someone at your location. Never ordering here again.

  BEWARE!! You will receive a notification and the website will show your order is ready and it is FAR FROM READY! Today is the second time we've gone to the restaurant to pick up our order after receiving notification that it's ready only to wait another 30 or so minutes for the order to START being prepared. Last time, I waited because everybody has a bad day. This time, we just canceled the order. To make today worse, the customer service was LACKING! Asked of the status, the response was a very nonchalant "no". No apology the long wait, no estimate time given, nothing. The parking lot is horrible. The "lobby" is tiny and hot. Save yourself the trouble and go to the West location.
