To be honest, the service was kind, and they apologized for the "slow" service. We were not upset but impressed; the food actually tasted like it was homemade from scratch. Honestly, one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've had in years anywhere. S/o to the amazing staff that ensured we got quality food on August 10, at 3:00pm!

I called to let them know that they forgot my jelly donut (for my 5 year old) and that they could just refund me for it. she says “ummmmm” (does this for a solid 5 seconds before I become annoyed and ask for a manager). She informs me that the manager is not there (I have called her before with questions and it seems like the manager does not work weekends apparently. I did mention to her that in future cases when a customer calls regarding items missing from their order a 5 second ummmm is not acceptable. I did not get an apology anytime during this conversation. When I brought this up to her and she stated that it was rude, but is it not rude to not be able to fix a 3 item order? I worked in fast food for 7+ years and the reason why the pay is so low is because it is an easy job to help you prepare for other opportunities. I will never come back to this location. I see why there is only a 2.8 star rating. The staff needs better training.

The kolaches weren't fresh, tasted stale and same with the donuts..we will NEVER go back!
