- RDRachel DSep 14, 20261.0The nastiest attitudes I’ve ever seen starting with the Hispanic lady at the window on 9/14 at around 8:10am. Just rude for NO reason. You should know what I ordered when I come to pay. I just told you. Talking about did I order a coffee?? Yes. I did. Literally 2 seconds ago before I got to the window and you confirmed it. Piss poor attitudes .
- BSbobby slovakSep 12, 20261.0How can you not offer a refund for a product ordered when you run out, but instead hope I drive off not realizing the product isn't in my bag. The customer service is extremely poor. We will never go to this Dunkin again and it makes me wonder if I will ever go to another Dunkin ever again after this experience.
- ZZZaraSep 8, 20261.0That lady was way too rude. She literally threw the donut at us. Never recommended anyone to go there so bad behavior
- NANazia AliSep 8, 20261.0⭐️ Very disappointing experience at Dunkin’ in Princeton I went to Dunkin’ in Princeton on September 7, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. I regularly go there to buy donuts, so I was especially upset by how we were treated. There was a hair in the donut, which is already unacceptable from a food-safety and hygiene standpoint. When my husband went back to show the employee what had happened, instead of apologizing or handling the situation professionally, she literally threw the donuts onto the counter. The way she treated us made us feel like we were being treated as if we were beggars rather than paying customers. Mistakes can happen, but the way a customer is treated when bringing up a legitimate problem matters tremendously. Basic customer service should include respect, an apology, and an effort to resolve the issue. I have supported this Dunkin’ many times, but after this experience, I will not be going back. Management seriously needs to address customer service and food-handling standards with their employees.
- ADAshley DavisSep 4, 20261.0Service is horrible I specifically stated no sprinkles apparently people can’t understand that and have attitudes about THEIR MISTAKE maybe the manger should hire better employees
