  I recently moved to the area, and there isn’t another dunkin nearby. Firstly, this dunkin does do well at order accuracy. I have never had an issue with missing items or ingridens. However, the overall consistency and quality is bad. The iced coffee is always watered down, like there is too much ice being added to the batch. I always have to add a shot of espresso, as even lowering the sugar and cream amount doesn’t help. I do not like to do this as it is expensive. The food is usually fine. I have only had issues with bagels being BLACK burnt. But hashbrowns and the other items are usually yummy! The worst of it all though, is the service/atmosphere of the employees.They are ALWAYS RUDE. I mean, you’re lucky if they even talk to you other than to take your order, and even then it’s usually short, eye rolling comments. Don’t even bother trying to ask for anything at the window because they get visibly annoyed at this. (even if it’s a straw.) I have also found hair in my iced coffee on three separate occasions. it’s usually short pieces (like HOPEFULLY a beard or soemthing 😅). Usually hair doesn’t bother me because we are humans, but 3 times in less than a month is nasty. I love dunkin, don’t get me wrong. But the employees need more guidance. I hope the management isn’t the problem, but at this point, there are plenty of reviews and complaints that they must be slacking somewhere.

  I will never go to this Dunkin again. I ordered 2 chocolate glazed donuts through the drive through. I received 2 cake donuts instead. When I asked for the chocolate glazed donuts nicely the lady helping me was rude and yelled at me saying I told her cake donuts. I kindly said chocolate glazed. She snatched the bag out of my hands and put the chocolate cake donuts back and got me the correct donuts. This is the second time I have received the wrong order from her and been rude towards.

  Javon could learn some window customers service your the worker we are the customers and $8 -$9 for a protein coffee, Starbucks is way better. $6.50 for the same drink save ur money go to Starbucks.

  Every time I go to this location the staff always has an attitude. They’re rude through the drive through and there’s so many other options to go to. I’ll be sticking with Dutch bros from now on.
