REALLY! You are still open for another 3 hours and you don’t have one of your main ingredients? Not to mention this place is ALWAYS messy. One time ok, two times, man this sucks 4th time in 2 month! Find someone else to run the show ! Yes I’m being petty, it’s just cheese but come on! Save yourself the headache and drive to McKinney!

If I uber eats, pick up in the chipotle lane, it is always incorrect. This time my tacos came broken and drowned in sour cream, the chipotle lime sauce put in the bag UPSIDE DOWN, damaging all of the packaging and getting all over the chips. When I try to call, no one answers. And this is the 5th time this has happened. I won’t be going to this location again.

While I’ve had similar issues at other locations, this specific store constantly misses items or mixes up orders. Even the kids' menu is hit-or-miss, and whenever I bring it up, the staff just says, 'That’s the best we can do.'
