  WTH is this. A massive hole in my burrito, burrito not even wrapped looks like it’s just thrown in a bag. I can’t believe I paid $15 for this shit. Nasty! Do better! I want a refund

  I eat regularly in their restaurants. The team was very nice, food was good and the kitchen looks clean, I even saw an employee clean the ceilings. However, I was eating inside for 30-40 minutes, all the tables including the one I was sitting in were dirty. If you clean the ceilings, you can find 5 minutes to wipe the tables. Overall good place.

  So I just ordered a steak burrito from this location. The young man who made the burrito put like 12 pieces of steak on the burrito. I kindly asked if he could put more steak, and was charged 6 dollars extra for what was considered a normal amount of steak. I am livid and would NEVER visit this establishment again! All the other times I've come here I have never experienced this. I ended up paying 24 dollars for a damn burrito! So i did go in and speak to the manager about this issue, and the manager on duty refunded my 6 dollars back! Thank you so much!

  We placed a pickup order and arrived shortly after receiving notification that it was ready. Upon entering the store, there appeared to be clear disorganization in the pickup area. One employee was left working alone at the pickup window attempting to fix a malfunctioning receipt label machine, while other staff at the front register were not assisting or effectively managing the flow of orders. During this time, customers were waiting without clear communication or coordination. I provided my name at the register, but there was minimal engagement or follow-up, and other customers who arrived after me were served first. After a noticeable delay, another employee eventually stepped in from the back to assist, and I received my order well after it should have been ready. Unfortunately, the food quality was also unacceptable. The rice in multiple items was undercooked and hard, affecting both burritos and kids’ meals. One kids’ quesadilla was prepared correctly, but another was not properly melted or heated through. Overall, this visit reflected both a breakdown in service coordination and a clear inconsistency in food preparation. I am requesting that this feedback be reviewed with the team, as the experience did not meet expected standards for a paid order that was marked as ready. Given the issues with both service and food quality, I would also appreciate a refund or store credit for this order.
