Staff all seemed like they didn't want to be there. The honey chicken was half chicken, half gristle. Constantly pulling pieces of inedible mystery chunks out of my mouth. Definitely has potential, but needs staff that cares.

I just order a chicken bowl for pick up through the app and wow, where do I start...the rice was undercooked and there were some pieces of chicken to satisfy that there was a selected protein but it was virtually nonexistent. Chips and gauc were just as bad but edible considering the main entree wasn't. And last and least, my side of cilantro lime sauce had chunks of whatever else was on the serving line so I didn't use it. Order here with caution its never been a great Chipotle, it has it's hit and misses but today takes the cake for the worst they have ever been.

Worst experience with a Chipotle. Definitely gonna rethink wasting $40 for 1 burrito and 2 dry bowls. Make sure they have what you want, I made the mistake of using the app, they didn't notify me there were no veggies, they just let is get home and open up a bowl with dry steak, dry rice and dry lettuce...tossed that away. They need new management.

They even asked if I wanted chips or a soda for how late it was. Again I wasn't bothered, declined and told her to have a good day. But DAMN A MOUNTAIN of sour cream is CRAZY! I COULDN'T EVEN EAT THEM... 😔
