This location USED to have really good Food & Service but all that is out the door after hiring under age teens. We recently dined in and ordered five combo's. The first thing I noticed in one of the country baskets were deep fried bugs on the toast. I quickly reported it but they acted like it was an everyday normal thing. All they did was replace the toast. All five of us almost broke our teeth after biting the hard fries plus the food was cold and dry. Stay away from this place. What a shame that this restaurant is now garbage because the employees don't care.

5 workers in the front and the cooks in the back and no one could give us our order just left it in the heat lamp and just stayed talking to each other, but come on 15 minutes later…, and they have rude attitude. Trash rather go to San Antonio Next time I’m passing through Poteet definitely and this restaurant and go to San Antonio.

I ordered a burger with cheese to go. The burger was abnormally hot. I opened the burger up for it too cool off. When i noticed the pickles and mustard were scorching hot. I didnt realize the standard here at this location is to microwave the burgers. I was told it is to melt the cheese. So i assume the pattys and buns are all pre made and just nuked at the end. Worst burger ever.
