  No more half price drinks. No more me. I'm not sure why they went to a points system but the really messed up the app. I haven't been back since. Other places for decent drinks to drive through, I miss theirs but not worth the price in this economy.

  HORRIBLE SERVICE! Went to grab a bit for my family. Workers ignored the call button was chill on the phone scrolling I could see into the store when the guy finally answered he took my order and didn’t give me a chance to add to my order only got one menu item order and immediately told me the total and I said I’m not done and was ignored called back and they didn’t answer. At this point the city needs to come in and shut down this place regardless of who is running it the service and atmosphere is still bad!

  I went to Sonic Drive-In in Post, TX today and used the online ordering system for the first time. My order said it would be ready at 4:15 PM. I arrived at 4:20 PM, checked in, and let them know I was there to pick up my order. I was told it would be “right out.” By 4:40 PM, I still had not received my food, so I pressed the button again to check on the status. The employee who responded was very rude. When I tried speaking to her, she did not respond and simply clicked off the speaker. About five minutes later, she finally brought my food out with an extremely poor attitude. She told me that I had “checked in at 6,” which is why my food had not been brought out. I explained that I had been parked in the same stall the entire time and never checked in at 6. She aggressively insisted that I had, practically tossed the food to me, and walked away while growling and muttering something under her breath. This behavior was completely unacceptable, especially from an adult employee. The situation could have been handled much more professionally and with basic customer service and respect.
