  I’ve been here at least 100 times and they only made a mistake on my order once and also today I meant to place a curbside order in Taft placed it here instead and the manager took time during a rush to call the Taft Whataburger for me and relay the order so I could still get my food without waiting for a refund! 10 out of ten for service and management!

  Came through the drive thru and got charged wrong then got my “order” after telling them I was charged wrong. I came home to see it was a completely different burger and came back to ask for the correct order and the manager told me it was the correct burger, but everything was wrong with it… She was so disrespectful and rude. Hire new night managers please.

  I would give no stars if it was an option. Don’t forget to check your bag before you go, something will be missing I can guarantee it. Worst Whataburger I’ve ever been to.

  Alexis was amazing she made my wife a breakfast item even though it was past breakfast time. She was amazing customer service at its finest.

  Visiting from Indiana a couple weeks ago, had never been to Whataburger. Had heard good things so we decided to stop one late night. Now, I know from experience if you go into a quick serve restaurant late at night, you shouldn't expect much. The place will be dirty, the employees will be goofing around, the food will be sloppy and/or cold, and it'll be chaotic. OMG, this Whataburger was the OPPOSITE of that. Very friendly guy at the register, super friendly, polite, and professional. The restaurant was clean and organized and all the employees were just like the guy we interacted with. Clean, busy, efficient, friendly to everyone. Wow....Nice. But OK, we haven't eaten yet. One of the guys brought our food out and we were shocked. It looked great. Very hot, well made, looked and smelled delicious. We enjoyed our meal immensely. We started Googling the restaurant and its history and were very impressed that they've been able to keep their restaurants up the standards they set SO many years ago. Very few, if any restaurants in this category can say that. Amazing. Overall, fabulous visit. If I lived closer I'd be a regular for sure. Now, I didn't visit any other locations, so this might be the "unusual" one, but I have a feeling it isn't. I hope they're all as great as this one was on this night. WELL DONE.
