  First issue, they had maybe 6 partial pizzas available on the buffet. Now this was around 3pm so it was past the lunch rush and there were just a few people there, but it looked like it was leftovers from lunch. No pepperoni, no hamburger a couple pieces of cheese and a couple idk what they were pizzas. I made a comment hat they didn't have any pizza in front of an employee and he just looked at me stupid and kept walking. The pasta was dried out and old looking, again looked like it had been there since lunch. The pizza was horrible it had a frozen freezer / fishy taste to it. I tried 2 different pieces and couldn't eat them. The pasta had the same funky taste to it. It wasn't just me my girlfriend said the same thing she didn't eat any of it either. My 3 year old wouldn't touch the Mac and cheese. What kid doesn't eat the Mac and cheese. This one because it was nasty. The only thing good was my Girlfriend ate some salad. We played a few games and when we decided to leave I asked for a to go cup so we could pour what was left of our drinks in and take with us we were told it was 64cents for the cups. Ridiculous I asked for the manager and she said " that's what they cost". I explained to her I wasn't going to go refill it I just wanted to take what was left of our drinks with us and since we paid $33 on a buffet we didn't eat they could at least afford to give me a to go cup which she reluctantly did. Now I'm 53yrs old I grew up eating Gattis my whole life from West Texas as a kid to North Texas, South Texas and places in between and this was terrible and not the Gattis experience im used to. I don't go around leaving bad reviews all over the place but this one was warranted. I hope they get it together but this sure turned me off.

  Was so excited for this place and then was severely let down. The game section is terrible. And you have to pay just to even get in whether you eat or not. Couldn’t even sit. And the minute you get up for anything someone takes your seat

  It was nostalgic to visit with the family at Mr.Gatti's but it was very expensive eat here. It was around eighty dollars for five us to eat lunch on a Sunday. On top of that, the games are wildly overpriced and the prizes are underwhelming. Cost to reward is very high. The cheapest game there is the candy claw game and that was 1.00 a play!!!! For generic candy, insane!! The rest were $3 to $2 a swipe. The pizza and salad were good. But for that over all experience I think we opt out for Dave and Busters next time. Mr.Gatti's you need to reign in the over priced games. Its not worth spending $100, to win pixie sticks.

  Their food was fresh & hot 🔥. Prices were reasonable and we had a blast playing in the arcade section like a couple of kids. Fun place for children & adults alike. We'll definitely go there again.

  My wife and daughter went to celebrate a party. It was there first time there. More than likely won’t be back. No pizza made, there was a long line waiting for pizza. The pasta they had out looked and tasted like I had been sitting there for a while. Make things worse, as my family were getting ready to leave, they saw a worker outside smoking and came back inside and started touching the food. Didn’t wash their hands or wear gloves, just went straight back to handling food. Although the workers in the game room were very helpful and nice.
