  Holy crap. Avoid this one. 12 minutes at the drive through speaker and no one ever acknowledged us. Finally just drove around and there were only 2 cars that had been able to place an order. If you are that short staffed don't do that to your customers, just lock up and turn the lights out.

  Careful with breakfast ordering the eggs on anything 3rd time past three visits been eating eggshells I appreciate the calcium im good though 🙂 this time had to say something cause pieces were bigger this time would post pics but dont know how too

  Placed a curbside order and when we returned home, we noticed that an ingredient was missing from our big arch burger after a couple of bites and there was a large cut/tear in the packaging. After our group finished eating I returned to the location to ask if they were out of the ingredient or if they had perhaps forgotten to add it. The first cashier I spoke with was super nice and professional and offered to get the manager, who was rude and dismissive. He tried offering a mcdouble, which I refused. When I asked them to remake the sandwich, he balked at the request and stated, "it's half eaten!" He finally relented and had another made before throwing it on the counter and walking away. Whereas I understand that food industry is stress inducing, customer service should still be observed. As a result, I called corporate and lodged a complaint against him for his rudeness. I'd advise people to steer clear of this McDonald's location because of Management's unprofessional attitude.

  They have 2 pickup windows, so we went to the one on the outside & we watched as they helped 4 cars while we sat there and waited. We had placed an online order so we assumed the order should ALREADY be ready. being that we placed it 30 mins before & ended up having to wait an extra 20 mins just to get thru the line. when we got to the window, they made us pull up & they helped multiple other people before us again. we had to wait another 40 minutes for our food. in total we were there for over an hour and a half. once we got our food, assuming it would be fresh because we had to wait that long. everything was cold like it had been sitting out. we didn’t even order but a few burgers and some nuggets. this was ridiculous.
