  Last 3-4 times at this location has been so disappointing. First of all, the rice is always hard and crunchy. I omit the rice because of it. My son just tolerates it but they charge way too much for it not to be cooked right. There is something missing with every order. Same lady at drive thru has not been friendly at all.. never says hi or thank you. Might get a "hear you go". Asked about missing item and she said "oh we're out" and when i told her I paid extra for it she said to call 800 number. If the restaurant can't make it right, you should get your money back as fast as they take it. Portion control is seriously lacking, they either hardly put anything or way too much of just one ingredient. The prices are so high which just adds to the whole disappointing experience. Hope this location can get it together but I won't be back to find out.

  Waited to order as soon as we went up we wanted a burrito, and the lady says oh the machine is broken so we only have bowls available..that would have been nice to know at the start.

  Your food never Disappoints in taste what disappoints is the service And proportions I asked for a little bit more lettuce and got four piece of lettuce thrown on top. You’ll see in picture. Today I went there and I tried to use my points to get a side of queso. The meal should’ve been eight dollars and some change. I told the lady that and she fixed it By just taking the queso off completely when I got charged and I put my card in, it went back up to almost $12. And the side of queso was still on there, and my points didn’t get used And then she proceeded to tell me that my payment didn’t go through. And it did and she didn’t give me my receipt she threw it away, so I don’t know if I really got charged for my meal or notThen before that before I even ordered there was another young lady working fast and efficient and getting everybody else’s orders out quickly I thinking man she a good worker and I had already walked up while she was still doing orders but then she just Lived up to the expectations of what I tell people about chipotle‘s workers She walked away and ignored me for 5 minutes Two other gentlemen walked by and ignore me, no, hi, how may I help you or will be with you in just a moment?and then she told the gentleman with the tortillas to serve me after seeing me being standing there And I don’t know what it is with this location or if it’s just Chipotle but every time I go in, I don’t feel welcomed. I don’t feel a good welcome atmosphere. I always feel rushed. And I never feel like I’m able to tell them how I want my foot to be prepped and how much of it I want.. And I’ve had this problem numerous times Especially when I love going there but every time I go there, I know I’m not gonna be greeted. I know I’m not gonna be treated how I would expect to be treated or how I would treat my customers if I was working at your establishment. And I never really do reviews like this because I feel like maybe people just have bad days, but this has been multiple occasions when I have gone There, unfortunately I did not get the employees names. Otherwise I would be putting them here. I was really just ready to get my food.. I hope next time I go back to service is better and this was on July 1 at about 1:30 PM

  Been here multiple times now and had a subpar expedience every single time. Service and portion size is truly terrible.

  The food is standard for Chipotle. Only two employees were there working. That is probably why the restaurant was not clean. The restroom was okay. Both employees were working to prepare multiple orders. This was near 4:30 p.m. Neither of those employees smiled. The woman I spoke with tried to be helpful, but was not friendly. Another employee arrived. She did smile and was friendly, even though she had begun working yet.
