  I ordered 2 plates to go and the amount of food on each plate was infuriating. I asked to mix spicy chicken leftover crumbs that wouldn’t fulfill a single potion with regular chicken to which employee asked: do you want double? They charged me almost $6 for a side of queso and lied that it would only be like $2 for the size they showed me. Over $30 for 2 plates with barely any food on them.

  This chipotle consistently gets orders wrong, does not give you every item you order if online/mobile, and on top of that only half my bowl is filled. This location cuts every corner possible especially if you don’t watch them in person make your food. Extremely shady management

  I don’t know how many times I have ordered the chipotlane and every time I ask for extra they always short me like if it come out of there pocket this has happened almost every time and the drive through person is always rude this needs to be fixed it’s just unacceptable at this point.

  The young lady in the drive throw was not pleasant, and lacks customer service. Would a welcome to Chipotle, thank you, smile or have a great day hurt? She didn't even take the time to add forks or napkins. If she was having a bad she was most defiantly taking it out on me, and as a paying customer I don't appreciate it. Our order was correct and the find was good. I went inside to get an drink and the facility was very clean.

  Their mobile orders always suck. It’s like they don’t care about adding sizable portions when you’re not watching them make it. Twice in a row they’ve forgotten to add queso (MIND YOU ITS LIKE $2 PER SERVING!!) The portion is so small compared to the corpus locations. The chicken is always very dry and tastes like it just sits out all day. I’d rather make the drive to corpus for chipotle.
