- SGSerena Garcia5 days ago1.0I normally have zero complaints with this Chick-fil-A but this morning I went through the drive thru and ordered two chicken mini meals with orange juice i received my order then i left. I then had to come back because i only received one chicken mini, three hash browns and two orange juices. Obviously I received an extra hash brown and no chicken mini so when I tell the young girl Layla she tells me I owe the amount for the chicken mini I told her I’m not paying anything because that was their mistake not mine. The girl Layla then proceeded to go back and tell her manager Shofronda idk she mumbled her name when I asked so I’m assuming that’s what it was. Shofronda then rolls her eyes and allows the girl to give me the correct order. I then asked for both of their names because I was disappointed and disgusted with that type of behavior. Rolling your eyes for your mistake is insane and not apologizing once is unprofessional. Extremely disappointed.

Other team members behind the counter stood there without greeting me or wanting to take my order. Several team members walked past me without saying a word. Even when I walked in, no one greeted me. I am black. But then a white couple walked in and immediately gets greeted. I wont be back.

Sometimes I get a smile, sometimes I get someone in a bad mood ( that’s just the younger generation sadly) but food is always amazing! I’m a regular with coming for breakfast and delivery’s. Breakfast is always 10/10 but delivery, I’m always missing an item or 2 :(. I also put an order in at 6:45 one day only to be told that their cut off time for deliveries is 7:15. Don see why they couldn’t deliver it when I ordered 30 min before. Overall I love this location. It just needs slight improvement on service and delivery accuracy.

I frequently go through the drive thru and the people who take orders are sloooow and can't get a simple order taken down correctly without repeating it several times. Then I have to wait in a merging line when they could have just kept the second line open like they used to. Then I get to the window and have to ask for my napkins and sauces. What's the point of the iPad worker asking for sauces if I have to ask for them at the window? Then I can't even mobile order, because they always forget something. Last time, they forget my brownies and I had to drive all the way back to get them. My girlfriend ordered one time with no bacon and extra cheese on her cobb salad and it still came with bacon and there was no extra cheese so we had to ask for a remake. I'm truly disappointed that a place I used to frequent has come to this! Such a shame!!!!
