  I love coming here and having a 7s in Portland but my drink is always hit or miss. Multiple times I have came to get a drink and it wont have whipped cream or cold foam on it like the advertisement. Or it will not taste correctly made. But when it's good its good.

  Service is incredibly fast and the employees are always so nice. Last visit we were attended by Candace and she’s the one who motivated me make this review due to such a great experience. I highly recommend this location!

  I love 7 Brew, but sometimes the service feels rushed and lacks the warmth of a traditional coffee shop. HOWEVER, I’ve been served by a barista named Piper several times over the past few months. She is so friendly and attentive. She brings back that welcoming atmosphere that 7 Brew has been missing. I go out of my way to hit this 7 Brew just to see Piper! My coffee tastes a little sweeter when it is paired with a friendly encounter with Piper! 😋

  Drove up and all the girls were huddled in a corner talking. One finally came to my car and she started leaning on my door. I smiled and politely said "please don't lean on my car," [I just got it washed] then proceeded to stare at me with a blank stare before asking for my rewards number. She had a blunt attitude the whole time. Sorry I don't want some random teenager leaning on my car 😖

  Went to get a drink approximately at 6:45 p.m. on my way home girl that took our order was very nice and polite. However, when I went to the checkout window the girl there left her register to go over to Lane 2 where another employee and now lane 1 employee were Chatting up a a sheriff's vehicle who had already gotten his drink. I even courtesy honked as I saw my drink sitting on the table to girl from Lane one who was later identified as Kira. She just looked and continued to ignore the fact that she had abandoned the lane that she was working. Both lanes went from being a total of about three vehicles to 10 vehicles deep as they continue to chat with the sheriff's vehicle driver. I Had to signal one of the ladies from inside. She was very nice. Gave me my drinks. Even called out to the girl who still was oblivious to the fact that she had customers waiting to get their drinks as well. Horrible service from that girl Kira. Someone should address that as well as the level of service by both of those lane attendants. If a manager was present it was not evident as this continued to go on as I drove off and got on feeder road to highway. Probably will not be buying from this 7Brew again.
