  It's my fifth time having to come back after buying my food at this mcdonalds they never give ketchup what's the point of asking for the meal if there is no ketchup for the fries

  I am impressed with clean facilities, smiling , courteous employees and capable team leaders... This location has all three and the only sandwiches I eat at fast food joints... The venerable Mickey D's Double Cheeseburger and the mighty Egg, Cheese & Sausage Mc Muffin! I been down for decades, this store reminded me " Why!" Thanks even tho' you didn't have my favorite Hot Mocha from a fast food establishment, the SECMM's more than made up for it!

  I had an issue with the McDonald's app canceling one of my orders and it was a huge mess... The lady, manager named Cheyenne was very nice and instead of blaming me for something I did wrong or just saying "its on the app and I don't work with that" or something along those lines, instead she told me sorry for the inconvenience and asked if I would like something for free. I want to thank Mrs. Cheyenne for being very polite, kind, and professional about the whole situation. I wish everyone was as kind and helpful as she was. She also helped me understand why the problem happened. Overall, 10/10 experience! (I've never had a problem on the app before, it was a random fluke). Thank you Cheyenne 😊 🙏 Editing this review. Above is my orginal review. Anything below this was added. I added a screenshot of my app showing my problem. The app canceled one of my breakfast orders from yesterday (05/05/2026). The app tells me to "go to my bag for further details", well... I can not do that. The app completely deleted the entire order from the bag, also deleting any points I received from that order. I had used the x2 extra points for any breakfast order on that order. You can only use that deal once pre week. I showed and explained all of this to Cheyenne. She was very quick to understand and did not get mad or upset with me because my issue was with the app, which is out of her control. She instead figured out the issue and asked if a free order would solve the issue. It did. I really hope yall recognize Cheyenne for this! I am very happy with how she handled this whole situation. I had people behind me and she still took the time to figure out how to fix my problem. She deserves recognition, heck how about a raise? It is RARE to find people with that level of patience AND professionalism to boot. I was upset, but left with a smile on my face, not because of the food, but because of her. I was a manager of McDonald's for years, many years ago, just below the DM or AM (I don't remember, its been 10+ years since then.) I know a good employee when I see one.   I was having a bad day until I came here. Flor was at there with a kind voice and a smile at the window. 5 stars for Flor! Very sweet and professional.
