  We waited 20 minutes and never got our food. My husband went in to get a refund, because we had somewhere to be. They hadn't even started making it. 2 breakfast sandwiches, a coffee, and a drink. Others who came after us waiting for pick up got theirs first. We won't be back to this location.

  Do not order online… It took them 10 minutes just to get my order and I’ve been sitting outside on curbside for 10 minutes. I called to verify and they said they had just received it go Figure! Don’t order online

  Anna, give A+ service An outstanding attitude. We will always come to this location just because of her. I wish she could be an corp trainer. So she could pass on her perfect attitude. Anna keep up the great, great service.. Canes also needs you they precook to much at a time...

  Save your time and go anywhere else. I had a mobile order for a soda, a cookie and fries. I went to the drive through assuming it would be the quickest but I was wrong. After spending 10 mins in the long drive through line only to be told to pull around the corner and wait an additional 10 mins. Then by the time I got my bag, half the order was missing, they didn’t forgot my fries. I went inside and had to wait in another long line. By the time I got to the front and said what happened, she just looked at me and said “oh”, no apology or urgency, just stared. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere

  I really hate to write this review because it’s a spot we frequent often on nights where we don’t feel like cooking. Most of the time it’s been a good experience, however, they have a cashier there that has said some really interesting things to us. One time we were ordering for a a few people and she made the comment “this is a lot of food”. I told her it was and we were ordering for multiple people. She then told me “well it’s way too much food, next time don’t order this much”. For reference, we ordered four meals. She’s said other things that were a little odd. The one that took the cake though was last night, on 8/1/2026, approximately at 8pm. After we ordered, we went to the first window and it was the same cashier. She told us they were short staffed and it was annoying we were all coming. We choose to ignore it and tried to sympathize with her by telling her it sounds like a rough night. I guess she felt comfortable because she then told us “if you customers keep coming, I’m going to start shooting you”. It took us a little bit to process and needless to say we were a little baffled. I understand having a rough night and I also understand she probably thought she was just joking but we didn’t feel it was an appropriate thing to say or joke about. Due to this, we unfortunately won’t be coming to this establishment anymore.
