  This is the slowest drive thru I have been through in a long time. Don't come here if your on a time frame!

  I waited to be served. The young woman who was approaching turned back—presumably because I am not white—and sent a young African American man to attend to me instead; meanwhile, she served the man who was behind me because he was white. She left my food there without calling out to me; I only noticed it after a few minutes.😒

  The while the food is the same as at any McDonald's, you go to the service indoors is just awful. If you're in the lobby, they don't keep somebody at the front register there's always a line of people waiting for their food or trying to get somebody's attention. They care more about the people in line than they do. The people in the lobby. The atmosphere inside isn't very good because everybody's upset about not being helped. And the long wait period honestly, they either need to reteach their management. How to run things? Or if that is how they teach their management to do things the mcdonald's needs to get a grip on things and change some things cos, this is just ridiculous, at least the mcDonald's closer into Porter and the new Canyon McDonald's has 1 or two people at the registers to help the front counter out.

  I ate my burger as soon as I got it from the drive thru and it was already cold, dry, and tasteless. Gross.

  Service is always horrible at this location. The manager makes excuses I have never heard of before! Why use your mobile app when you have to wait in line anyway. Make it make sense! I tried breakfast one day lunch another day and dinner a third day! Each day the same horrible service!
