  The white heavy set male with glasses working on 5/12/26 at 10:25pm needs to learn to watch his mouth. I had a pick up order for a customer named “jose “ and when I came around he said “you don’t look like a jose”. I then decided to make him stumble I asked “What does a jose look like?” I am Afro-Latino but encouraged him to watch what he says given that there are many spanish Afro Latinos in the area and while I laughed it off, others may not. I know he was joking but he must remember to never get too comfortable when talking to someone you don’t know. Just give the order and call it a day. Perhaps a retrain will fix it, also the order was incorrect. lol

  If you mobile order here hoping for convenience and/or accuracy do not expect to recieve either. Wrong drinks, missing dips/sauces, everything wrapped and sealed, shoved through the car window with confidence. Nobody was in the store or in the drive-thru, but please— pull forward away from the drive-thru window so you can wait another 15min for your mobile order you placed 10min ago. Stores like this make it tough to have grace for fast food operations..

  Requested extra cheddar sauce and was denied after numerous request for completing orders in the past for cherry turnovers to then receive apple turnovers which were not ordered and therefore not received. Terrible communication and will make note for future consumers to be advised of terrible customer service.

  Tayla was exceptionally attentive to my food allergies and communicated well with her team regarding my gyro order. Great customer service from her!

  Worse experience. Fries were cold and I mean cold even the sandwiches were cold. Asked for extra Arby’s sauce and received 2 for 4 sandwiches.
