  For the second time I ordered roast beef and cheddar classic and got no cheddar. I also asked for extra arbys sauce and had one of each sauce in my bag. this is the only Arby's in this area otherwise I would never go back. I didn't even have any modifications to my food nor were they busy. I went through the drive-through because I didn't want to come in and instead I had to turn around and come in not once but twice. I really want a refund or something to compensate me for the inconvenience and for this happening to me last time as well. Last time i was already home 20 minutes away so I wasn't driving back for cheddar and arbys sauce so I threw it away. I spent $11 both times and didnt get what I paid for then the sandwhich had so much cheddar on it after i sent it back on the second time that the buns kept sliding off the meat

  I am a truck driver. I ordered through the app to pickup after I had finished my shower. The food was ready, hot, fixed correctly. I had a good experience with this location.

  I haven't had an arbys in years, just had too today. Menus have definitely gotten better, more choices.

  Love the meats! My favorite is the Ruben and if you have the app, you can BOGO! Best deal ever 😄!
