  Just wanted to say how great the newest manager is. Her name is Kirsten and she has been there for a little while now and has completely improved that place. Very good customer service and always making sure everything is right and you get your order on time. The manager before was terrible and could care less about the customers so i had quit going for a little while even though i love that place and eat there at least 1 or 2 times a week. So glad i started coming back a found ya'll had hired Kirsten and got rid of the other girl. I've been wanting to leave a review about this but couldn't really figure out how so hopefully this gets through! Thank you Kirsten for going above and beyond for the customers! It means more than you know!!

  When I’m paying $14 for a COUNTRY BASKET I expect gravy with it hints why it’s called a country basket. They gave me ranch. Not even regular ranch because it tastes sour. Very upset because I’m not driving 15 min back for that and now I can’t enjoy my meal that I paid for. I normally don’t leave reviews but this is the 2nd time I’ve went this month and both times my order has been wrong.

  Employees handle ice cream cones with bare hands after handing cash here then wrap then in a napkin before passing the through the drive through. I ordered inside and waited on my food and observed this multiple times. I will never visit this location again because this is not a safe this handling practice and I hope this is not normal dairy Queen procedure. I have already filled out the contact us form at dqtexas.com before I left this review.

  Food was amazing, my friend got free coupon because food was slow! Server, (carson) was very nice and talkative to me and my friends. Best DQ around!

  The ice cream was extremely cold and tasted funny. Even the cone seemed old. Sure enough food poisoning! Won’t never go back to this location again!
