  This is the second time that I’ve gone to this Taco Bell and both times it has taken over an hour to receive our food. The first visit multiple things were wrong. I went today and after asking the workers multiple times, my order came out after 40 minutes. My friends’ orders took an hour. The food was good and the store was overall clean but I do not recommend going if you plan on being speedy. At least not at 8pm.

  We just waited an hour… an HOUR… for a small order. When I arrived, there were 2 cars in the drive thru and 4 in the lot. I got to the speaker and was told they’d be with me in a moment. Not a problem. 10 minutes later, she came back, very apologetic, saying she would be right with me. I waited. And waited. Aaaaand waited. The cars were lining up behind me so I pulled up and was told they couldn’t take orders because they were backed up. I told the very sweet girl that I was just picking up and she took my name and asked me to pull around. I went in to wait. And wait I did. I was standing watching the workers. There was no sense of urgency. Nothing was having to be cooked. So why, WHY!?!?! did I have to wait an HOUR for what is supposed to be fast food? Finally after many texts from my hungry family wondering what was taking so long, they gave me my bag of food. Even after all of that, the Luxe boxes were not boxed (they almost never are), some of the food was wrong, drinks were forgotten, and in one of the potato burritos, there was a rotten potato. I live half an hour away. We paid for this food and this is not the first time our order has been messed up. Nothing comes of complaining to the manager on duty. Corporate has not stepped in. As for my family and I, we will be avoiding this location from now on.

  We travel to PL frequently to fish.. we stop at Taco Bell because where we’re from we don’t have one. We stopped twice today, first time they didn’t have the drink we wanted so we just got the cheesy roll ups for our baby second time our whole family needed food so we ordered an almost $40 order.. they were out of rice and said they couldn’t sub the burrito.. weird but ok let’s move past that! Ordered 3 $5 boxes one $7 box and the nacho fries Jesus I should have took my husband up on the offer for whataburger! Our tacos were ice cold there was hair in my son’s taco, half of the food was missing and zero taco sauce! Definitely never ever stopping again!!! Save your money

  This was the first time we have ate at Taco bell in a long time. I had a double beef and cheese burrito and my wife had a chicken stack with avocado. We were both disappointed. I couldn't finish mine . Other than corn chips the only flavor was hot. My wife couldn't see any evidence of avocado, which is why she chose it. I will try the hardshell taco next time But for now I regret putting your app on my phone
