  I will never eat here again! THE RACISM WAS CRAZY! How could you be rude and racist on Mother’s Day . It seems to me that this restaurant does not like people of color. I don’t know it it wa s our served or the restaurant as a whole you guys went out of you way to make my family and I feel racist. We watched multiple people come in AFTER WE WERE SEATED. And everyone got there food be for us. I am completely flustered on how outrageous it is to come in at 6:00pm and not get your food until after 8:00pm and have to sit there and watch everyone get their food that came in AFTER you one any day especially MOTHERS DAY. While you’re trying to to treat the mothers in your family. I will never eat her again in life . I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

  Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have lived and worked in Southeast Texas for a long time, and I can say without exaggeration: I have never been more impressed by a restaurant’s operations than I was today at Saltgrass in Port Arthur. Being Mother’s Day, the local dining scene was predictably chaotic, but this Saltgrass is a masterclass in how a professional establishment should be run. The restaurant was immaculately clean and, despite being extremely busy, the management handled the volume with meticulous precision. There was a slight wait, but the way it was managed made it feel effortless. What stood out most was the culture of the staff. From the moment I walked in, everyone—from the hosts to the bartenders to the servers—was on their A-game. Every single person had a smile on their face and went above and beyond to ensure a perfect experience. In an industry where service can often feel rushed or strained during peak hours, this team stayed energized and genuinely welcoming. As for the meal itself, the food was absolutely flawless and perfectly cooked. It is clear that the kitchen and the front-of-house are in total sync. If you are looking for a phenomenal, well-run establishment that treats its customers with respect and excellence, this Saltgrass is the gold standard in the region.

  I understand that kids need to eat but when they are screaming , it's not pleasant time for others .
