The employees were friendly and quick but I got food poisoning a couple hours after eating from them last night. Not the best thing considering I’m close to 31 weeks pregnant so I’m very disappointed.

Usually chipotle is pretty good, but this time they screwed up big time - wrong order completely - added cheese when I didn’t want it, did not give us the tortilla we paid for, and more… 😡

Really sad. First time ever trying Chipotle. Dirty fork was on a table. Old food crumbs was on every single table. Literally not one clean table. All the drinks where empty. Food quality was horrible. Stupid small portions. Even gave us avocado that was like rubber. And with everything being a mess there was about 8 workers in the service line just talking and messing around. Brought my one year old daughter and 3 year old son, and these teenagers would not stop cussing right infront of us. Very sad. I worked in fine dinning kitchens for 6 years, and I understand this is a fast food place, but for having an open window kitchen, it was disgusting. You can see food all over the place. With how expensive it is and having 8 workers there, I would expect better. Will not be coming back. Service was a zero, quality was a zero, cleanliness was a zero.I want my money back.
I stopped at this Chipotle around 6:30 PM on a Sunday because I was craving Chipotle and drove about 20 minutes out of my way to get there. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.
Right when I walked in, there was a sign saying they were out of sour cream, queso blanco, and cilantro-lime sauce. I was definitely bummed, but things happen, and I was completely willing to adjust my order and go without them.
The bigger issue was that once I got to the protein, it seemed like they were out of almost everything except chicken. What was frustrating was seeing the two employees working the grill in the back seemingly standing around rather than cooking or restocking. The serving area was also a mess, with ingredients sitting in various bowls and everything looking disorganized.
Behind the front line, there were stacks and stacks of dirty containers that appeared to have been sitting there for quite some time. The rest of the restaurant wasn't much better—messy, dirty, and generally not looking like it was being maintained. Even the soda station was out of order.
I understand that restaurants can run out of things, especially on a busy weekend. That's not really what bothered me. It was the overall lack of cleanliness, organization, and urgency that made the experience so disappointing.
I'm not sure who manages this particular location, but there definitely seems to be a management issue that needs some attention. After driving 20 minutes specifically because I was craving Chipotle, I honestly left feeling like I had made a mistake making the trip.
I don't expect perfection, but I do expect a restaurant to be stocked, reasonably clean, and functioning—especially at 6:30 on a Sunday evening. Hopefully this was just an off night, because I normally enjoy Chipotle.

Extremely disappointing experience. The host, Itzel, was evasive and contradictory when I asked about the military/police discount. First, I was told I had to be in uniform, then she claimed there was “no button” for the discount and that she didn’t think they even offered it. I receive this discount at Chipotle every single time, so the lack of honesty and basic knowledge was beyond frustrating.
The staff also appeared extremely disorganized, and the restaurant was far from clean. I personally watched an employee slide food from the prep table directly back into the ingredient containers. That is unacceptable from a food-safety and cleanliness standpoint. Management seriously needs to address both customer service and food-handling practices.
