  This was by far the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. Our food came out cold, and the burgers tasted awful. I tried to overlook it, but halfway through my burger I bit down on something extremely hard. It was hard enough to break my back tooth. I went back inside and was calm and respectful, but the staff was immediately rude. I was told everything was made fresh, which clearly wasn’t true considering the food was cold. To make matters worse, they took both my food and my receipt, leaving me out $35 with no refund and no proof of purchase. Not only did I receive cold, poor-quality food, but I also left with a broken tooth and was treated terribly by the staff. This situation should have been handled professionally, but instead I was dismissed and left to deal with the damage on my own. I will never be coming back, and I hope management takes customer safety and service more seriously.

  Located right by the port side of Ferry station, it is a welcomed site for hungry folks with shiet time in their schedule and itineraries. Good food, better selection of menu , affordable prices and quality for family get together and excuses to get out of the house. Enjoy your trip to DQ country
