This is the only H-E-B I’ve found in the area so far, and between H-E-B and Walmart, I definitely prefer H-E-B for produce. Some of the more convenient items do seem to be marked up a little, but the freshness of the fruits and vegetables has been the best I’ve found around here. For me, that alone makes it worth shopping here.

Customer service is extremely poor. From floor management to cashiers. No one ever greets the customers anymore, ALL of them look at you like you are an inconvenience to them. Even the older workers , maybe they are burned out or just need a refresher course on how to treat the customer. No smiles no hello just blank looks on their faces. And when I say ALL of them , I mean ALL of them. I think I'm in the twilight zone every time I walk into this store. The people working curbside are the worst, they roll their eyes at you when you try to collect your items off the shelf. It's unfortunate that such a big company looks the other way on this behavior, but I guess that's the cost of business.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service from Sam! Sam the butcher did an awesome job fulfilling my special request. He went above and beyond to ensure I left the store completely satisfied. People like Sam are the reason some stores stand head and shoulders above the rest. Keep up the great work, Sam!
