  Emma is fantastic and treats me and my friends so well! She lets us come in once a week and play magic the gathering! She is the sweetest! Highly recommended going when Emma is working at night

  UPDATE: I was personally contacted by Ron the General Manager and he went far and above to resolve the issue. He took care of our meal, made sure the cook and order was correct, and personally delivered it to my home. This is what good customer service and care looks like! Thanks Ron! ………………………………………………………………………………………. I made an order on August 26th through the official Wingstop app. I made sure to click well done for all items. I also called this location and asked for them to cook it longer than the normal well done. When I received my order the chicken was soft, mind you only 5 of the wings were wet the other 11 were dry rubs. Now when I say soft I mean just that. Soft and saturated in oil. I then called back to this location and stated my issues and spoke to the manager Ron. Ron went on a whole tangent about how they cooked it for an additional 20 minutes and how they have to be certified on cooking wings to the correct temperature etc. Ron then goes on to tell me that he will refund the whole order. I was fine with that we did not eat the food at all we tossed it in fact. Ron even went as far as calling my phone back to confirm that I should see my refund in a few days. AWESOME! Which brings me to today. I planned on ordering Wingstop but remembered they were supposed to refund me so I check my statement, to only find out they never did, so I called the location and asked to speak to a manager. The cashier wanted to know the issue. I told her and they stated something about ApplePay taking longer and I replied again this order is from August 26th. I then stated how about we just remake the full order and forget the refund. I told the cashier that I wanted to add an additional meal and will pay for that portion. The cashier’s took the order and stated she will grab her manager to make sure it was ok. In comes Frieda. Frieda then tasks me what was my concern. I gave her the info and told her that they can simply remake that portion of the order and forget about the refund. Frieda then states to me that she was there that day and she knows they cooked the chicken as directed. Of course that infuriated me and I said that I no longer wanted them to make my order because now I didn’t trust that they would handle my food correctly. Frieda was extremely unprofessional and made the situation worse than it needed to be. I then asked for her name and the other manager and she refused. I then stated I would come up there as they are required to give me their names she then gave me Frieda and Ron, honestly I’m not sure that’s there actual names. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE!
