- LML MarieJun 26, 20261.0I ordered a door dash and my son's 2 tenders were missing, call the store in hopes for a resolution but instead I was confronted with an aggressive manager name Alfonso who could care less that he made a mistake, instead he told me door dash probably took it because he bagged it although the sticker on the bag was not manipulated, I spent $50 on my order but safe to say I will never order from this location again and I suggest if u do order pick up so u can confirm your order 🤦

I ordered online and ended up having to order again because it looked like the initial order didn’t go through. Arrived to retrieve my order and the gentlemen at the register was most kind. Then while fixing my drink, another gentleman greeted me by my name and confirmed the order did go through twice but he would refund me and they made sure to not make the order twice as it was identical. He was so kind and even apologized but it really was the system (website). I thanked them both before I left because most restaurants are not this kind or even willing to come acknowledge what happened with a smile and resolution. I appreciate their service and kindness to the fullest and will continue to order here!

But that is not the worse part:I had this delivered and to my surprise the french fries arrived in a disposable dish with no cover on it!!! Exactly how can they send food without properly covering it? And the soft drink tasked only like mineral water. There are plenty of other places in Dallas to have wings, but this one I won't be calling again.

Customers of Wingstop may have the perfect idea for a new concept, and we may be missing out on an exciting opportunity, but ownership and protection must be considered. Wingstop maintains a policy that does not permit it or its employees to accept any unsolicited ideas from outside sources (fans and other third parties).
Wingstop strives to innovate and create through internal business departments and their employees. With this in mind, if we create a new concept through our internal experts, and a talented customer/fan submits a substantially similar idea, determining who the originator of the wing-tastic idea is would be a challenge. To better protect ourselves as well as all of our fans out there, we must adhere to this strict policy which does not permit the review, consideration, or acceptance of such ideas from outside parties to avoid any confusion of ownership. Therefore, we encourage you not to send us unsolicited ideas.

Wingstop shall have no obligations concerning the submissions, including no obligation to review the submissions, return any materials, or acknowledge receipt of the submissions.
