  On this Monday 09/14 was not happy with the service . The girls working there are taking way too much over the food , and the cashier service sucks .

  Seasoning and sauce is nonexistent on cooked wings. I mean who is tossing the wings back there? It's awful and horrendous that you go to a WING SPOT and the wings are carried by the sauce and seasoning but the sauce and seasoning is only covering 20% of the wings. Just please DO BETTER. It's wings for godsakes and it's so simple

  I wanna see the management here improve because at the end of the day the quality of this location is going to go downhill honesty. I don’t understand why there’s only two people working at night when it’s a weekend and there’s over 12-13 orders where people are just constantly waiting for their food… I don’t understand I used to actually work at Wingstop for the two young ladies that are working here. I wish them all the best, but the management here really needs to not abuse staff the two women made every order late and it’s not their fault when they have no help… do better owners and managers before this gets bad on Social Media…

  I placed an order to pick up 20 wings at 7:45 pm at 1 pm... You would think this would be plenty of time to get an order together. I arrived on time and order wasn't ready and I was told "5 minutes" by rude staff members that quickly turned into 45 minutes. Other locations are much better.

  Waited for my take out for 40 mins. I walked in to a store that only had 6 people being served in house total. After 35 mins cashier apologised and said it was a problem with screens. Another customer returned later also upset about having to leave return and still order not ready. Thats when I realised something was wrong. I asked to speak.with manager. Shift leader left and did not return for another 10 mins. We dont give managers number yoy can return tomorrow. Another shift leader who was in the back did come and apologize. He issued me a refund for my meal and invited me to return. He recognised that they collectivly dropped the ball. The first shift leader however took no accountability offered little for the mix up and did not seem to get why I would be upset. A little training will go a.long way. The dine in traffic was very low. If the service delivery and oders are not fixed it will be mayhem when busy with dine in patrons.
