  if I could give this location, zero stars, I absolutely would. No matter how many opportunities that you give this establishment to get something right they will always fail you every time I come there is an issue. Food takes 25, 30 and sometimes 45 minutes every time you go…. and to wait that long in the order to still be wrong, is it a complete embarrassment!! Y’all can keep changing managing partners, but unless you be the correct employee people that are competent that pay attention to detail you’re gonna continuously have this issue

  No matter what time or how I order, I always wait 15+ minutes at this location. There’s usually also something missing when I do get my order. I’m completely done being duped by this whataburger location.

  This is a great place with amazing staff. Ms. Shawna is the sweetest. The place is always fast and clean. Which is great for someone with a 30 minute lunch.

  I have ordered in person several times but lately I’ve been unable to travel and had to use a delivery service. This location did not secure my food before letting the driver take it. When I called they said “we forgot” and were unwilling to help make it right. So I was stuck with over $30 worth of food I was scared to eat because they forgot to secure it.

  0/5 Stars! If you want to go to a place where you’re surrounded by idiots, you’ll be right at home. Arrived at 11:42 and left the line at 12:07. 3 cars in the inner lane so I decided to take the chance on the outside lane. Big mistake. Guy taking orders doesn’t know that you have to speak INTO the microphone for customers to hear you. Whatever, placed my order and headed up to the white line. For the next 20 minutes I watched cars/ customers get their food that weren’t even in the line when I ordered. Counted 8 cars arrive and leave before someone even came out to take payment. FINALLY got my food… Sir is their sauce in here? i said. Yes, he replied. Well no sauce. He said he would go back and get it. Meantime, I check my burger. WRONG. He comes back and I tell him. PLAIN AND DRY WITH CHEESE. He takes the burger and comes back with a burger thats only bread and meat. Ridiculous. Service was great when it first opened, now its all low level kids that don’t care about their work. Would expect this from a wendy’s or burgerking. Step it up Whataburger.
