  This is a newer location. I always order on the app, and they often forget to include the condiments (ketchups) you have ordered or they’ll only give you one ketchup when you’ve ordered three or more for your entire order. I like Whataburger, so I usually go to the one off Plano Rd or K Avenue instead.

  The service is really lacking. Always have to look for someone as the front is often empty. They always seem to mess up my order. Today went inside to order breakfast takeout, waited 12 min but didn’t check my order thoroughly. One of our taquitos was missing cheese but receipt shows we ordered it with cheese. They also forgot our hash browns but it was also on the receipt. Not with the drive back to complain. At this point I’d rather drive to a further location to avoid this service mess.

  This is the worst Whataburger EVER! The laziest employees EVER. They are always messing up your order, like you will literally place your order SAY IT BACK to them, they will say your order back to you, your receipt will have the exact items you ordered and they will still mess up your food. Like nothing pisses me off more than a fast food place that can never get orders correct the FIRST time. The employees are lazy as hell. Like I hate this location with a passion. This location needs to be torn down immediately.

  Drive thru lady named Shanquie was super rude to me last week when redeeming my birthday treat reward in the app it clearly states any treats including onions rings or French fries can be claimed I wanted the brownie or cookie she said I could only get the fries since that’s what I ordered for free as my reward uh no I wanted to pay for my meal and get a treat as my reward she then rolled her eyes and made it seem like such an inconvenience didn’t even ask just assumed lady it’s not your order it’s my order I pay for what I want and get the reward I want it if it applies I’m the customer

  When they first opened this location it was amazing, great food great service. Then I guess the opening crew moved on. Now if you go through the drive-thru you must have an interpreter who is fluent in rap and Ebonics. The food is like from a different company all together. Definitely not a Whataburger experience. Seems the staff has a really poor attitude about people interrupting them during their day at work. This usually comes from the manager down, and the remaining employees simply follow the manager's lead in treating customers like they are a nuisance. While in line today, not a single customer was served through the drive-thru window in 25 minutes. I watched as half a dozen cars reversed out of the drive-thru Lanes after giving up on being served. Someone's investment is tanking in real time. Best of luck with the crew you have now.
