Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I ordered and paid for a large beverage, but was given a medium. When I pointed it out, (this was in the drive-thru) the guy just walked away, fixed my large drink, came back and handed me my drink and held his hand out for me to hand back the other. No apologies, no talk, nothing but attitude. Same thing when they got my last orders wrong. No apologies, just attitude. Probably not coming back to this one.
- MMMegan MagentaAug 25, 20265.0We had breakfast at this whataburger today with my mom, MIL, 2 daughters and 3 grandkids. It was pleasant. They ran out of coffee and the woman made us fresh coffee. My grandson enjoyed playing with the orange balloons they had tied to the tables. The people working were so sweet and some even stopped to.play with him with the balloons. Great experience overall.

I was the first person at the counter and when the employee named “Chinaleo” came to the front she asked me how she could assist me. I told her that I was there for an online pickup to which she said okay and then proceeded to ring up the people behind me. Mind you I saw my order already sitting on the pickup rack and she simply needed to hand it to me but once she finished ringing up the people who arrived after me she fled to the back. It wasn’t until I caught the attention of another employee that they handed me my order. To make things worse the drink and shake that should have been ready with it wasn’t and I had to wait even longer for that to be done. This entire interaction was disappointing and truthfully made me feel like I was being discriminated against and disrespected. Won’t be returning to this location and I highly suggest anyone else tread lightly.
